Out of hours flooded bedroom…
Came home to find a flooded bedroom floor and water bulging through the ceiling. Called for assistance and got through pretty quickly, was helped by Sam, who detailed up front the fees to expect for emergency out of hours plumber, then arranged for a local tradesman to attend. Good service on the phone and the plumber helped to investigate and provide a temporary repair which will give us a bit more time to go through our insurance without being severely flooded in the process.

Fantastic customer support.
Rang them at 09.30. Explained issue. Was given clear explanation of how they would work, when it would be fine and what the payment schedule would be. Made initial payment and was advised that someone would come today. Call from Kyle at 10.07 saying he was on his way. Arrived just over an hour later. Showed him the problem and 30 minutes later issue was sorted. Photos taken of job. Showed cleared drain. Disinfected. Job done! Final invoice emailed.
Excellent customer service and value for money.

I spoke with mat who was a lady
I spoke with mat who was a lady, her customer services were excellent, advised me on what she needed by way of pictures of our plumbing fault for the engineer, everything soughted on the phone at 2.30pm plumber at the door for 3.45, very courteous, respected property, quick job, professionally done, sourced from our local area of plumbers, couldn’t fault any of them. Company has it all organised with good customer services and quick responses, and good professionals working for them, would use again!

All home repairs had some complications with the engineer first assigned to our case and sent Liam, Ben And Owen down from Blackburn to my house in Newport South Wales who were absolutly incredible! Being a woman im not very clever with drainage problems but they explained everything they were doing and did a fantastic job when they were handed minimal information. I couldn't fault them at all. Thank you guys for making it possible to have a poo upstairs again 🤣🤣

I called AHR on a Sunday afternoon…
I called AHR on a Sunday afternoon after trying to solve my blocked drain/sewage pipe myself. Alex answered my call and was able to calm me down and book an engineer to come out. He explained everything clearly to me and made sure I understood. The engineers arrive about within an hour and half of the time they gave me. They arrived got to work straight away with no messing about and within 20mins had cleared the blockage and washed my back garden down to clear any waste that was left.

Did what they said. I wasnt able to be at the property, they used a lock box key to gain access but the engineer did a what's app video call to show the issue was resolved.
Reason for 4 star and not 5 is that the initial price was too high, but they were willing to negotiate down

leaky drainpipe
Kyle turned up n time and quickly diagnosed the problem where the leak was coming from. He went for a new part and fitted it having to take down some facia to enable access. I will have to wait to see if the leak is cured permanantly.
I was charged £138 for the job on top of the £120 for the firm that acted as agents for All Home Repairs, which I found to be expensive for just finding a firm .
Finally after checking later, the pipe is still leaking!!!!
...............Kyle contacted me in response to my review and arranged to come the following day and sort out the leak which has been done with no leaks showing now and he said if I had any more problems with the leak he would come back and sort it out. Thankyou for a quick efficient service.
