leaky drainpipe
Kyle turned up n time and quickly diagnosed the problem where the leak was coming from. He went for a new part and fitted it having to take down some facia to enable access. I will have to wait to see if the leak is cured permanantly.
I was charged £138 for the job on top of the £120 for the firm that acted as agents for All Home Repairs, which I found to be expensive for just finding a firm .
Finally after checking later, the pipe is still leaking!!!!
...............Kyle contacted me in response to my review and arranged to come the following day and sort out the leak which has been done with no leaks showing now and he said if I had any more problems with the leak he would come back and sort it out. Thankyou for a quick efficient service.

Needed an emergency plumber due to a…
Needed an emergency plumber due to a leak in my basement. Paid a very high price, albeit expected due to it being an emergency. Asked if I could receive an invoice for the work which the plumber said he would send straight away - that was three weeks ago.
I have tried contacting the plumber and received nothing back. Every time I phone the company who referred the plumber they tell me he’s sending it that day and it never arrives. The last time it was claimed that he had an issue with his emails and would send it straight away, but again nothing.
If you’re charging premium prices you need to offer a service alongside it. Really disappointed and wouldn’t use again.

Emergency weekday callout - Sorted
After contacting home repairs 24/7 they were professional, courteous and helpful. Allen Evans the plumber turned up an hour and half later after dealing with another call out. He was helful, skilled at his job and talked through the problems with the system. I already had the part so the fix was not too bad, but Allen was fantastic and sorted the problem asap. £180 callout and £180 charged for the work. Yes maybe a bit expensive but in times of need and a professional person who knows how to solve the problem is what you need. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with this company. Booking was helpful and polite. The plumber Ben arrived on time and after explaining the problem he told us exactly what he was doing and went on to sort the blockage out. He explained what he had found and that it was now rectified. He was friendly and professional and left everything clean and tidy. Called at 7 am on a Saturday because I could hear the Carbon Monoxide Alarm going off in the boiler cupboard. Didn’t want to open the door until I understood what the issue was. Once I explained my mind was put to rest and it was just a battery issue - can’t be too careful with gas! Thanks for being calm and super helpful this early on a Saturday!!

Avoid this company like the plague
Update: In a little over an hour yesterday I rectified the complete mess the engineer had made with a couple of new strips costing £15. And guess what, the oven has adjustable legs, so now it's not sitting unevenly an inch below the work surface. We had already sent bank details for the refund, have done so again.
Initial review: Avoid this company like the plague. We contacted them to fit an electric cooker. They just act as agents despite appearing to be local and sent us an engineer. He fitted it quickly enough, but was hopeless at affixing heat shields to cut surfaces. Spent hours driving about to find the strips and then fixed them crookedly with unfiled rough metal edges. And the cooker isnt balanced and is lower than the work surface. So over 4 hours on a simple task at a very high rate. When we asked for a refund, the company reluctantly agreed to one hour rebate. No sign of it yet. Avoid at all costs.

Daisy was lovely when I spoke to her she had everything sorted in minutes with the engineer who came out the same evening and unblocked my drain then left everything clean and tidy I couldn't ask for more but then Daisy followed up with phone call today to ask if everything was sorted I didn't expect this what a great thing to do will recommend you to everyone that I know thanks again for such a good job

After Hotpoint let me down, by not fitting my cooker when they had taken my old cooker away, I contacted All Home Repairs 24/7 and was amazed by their professional and speedy response. The engineer they sent out to me was polite and explained everything he was doing, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I would recommend this company as they certainly saved me from a very difficult position. When the work was finished they called me to make sure I was happy with the work carried out and asked if there was anything else they could help me with.
