She had a very pleasant manner.

100% what other people are saying. Seems like a fake company. No manager to speak to. They sell rooms that aren't available then won't return your money. I've been waiting for a month for my refund and am now seeking advice from the financial services. Im amazed trip advisor are still recommending this as a legitimate company?!

I recently used Alpha rooms to book a hotel in Portugal, on arriving at the hotel they had no record of the alpha rooms booking. The hotel staff contacted alpha rooms directly who informed them that my booking had been cancelled due to non payment. I checked to ensure that the payment had gone through and could see that it had. The hotel staff informed me I would have to pay for my hotel again at checkout as they received nothing from alpha rooms.
I contacted the customer service teams a number of times each time getting different advice (we will call you back within 15 minutes, this isn’t the right help centre phone this number, given a number for teletext holidays was on hold for 40 mins only to be told that they were reverting my call back to alpha rooms. Eventually on the 5th or 6th call I was given an email to send all the details of my issue which I did. I received no reply on the email and after one week contacted the customer service line again to be informed that I was getting a refund and it would go through in a number of days. I did receive the refund 10 days after my complaint however the customer service was extremely poor as the hour took approx 4 hours of listening to hold music over 3-4 days and even when the refund was approved no notification of this was sent to me.

Booked my holiday accommodation with Alpharooms in October 2019 and still cant get my money back - endless promises but nothing happens. Staff are unhelpful and I cant get to talk to a manager. Customer Service and responses are terrible.

Spoke with Jasmine on the live chat and she was very helpful. I needed to know that my booking was confirmed as I've had trouble trying to book when it gets to the payment stage. She confirmed to me it is and all sorted.

Beware my daughter and family arrived in tenerife last night only to find out the room in the hotel had not been booked ,and had to pay again, after reading the reviews this company is scamming people and looks like a Company going out of business be very very aware 😳!!!!!!!!!

Currently sat in Antalya it’s 2am I have a 2 year old and a 5&6 year old. Hungry and tired and no where to sleep….why may you ask??? Because alpharooms took our money 6 weeks ago and decided to just cancel our room and not tell us! What kind of company does this! Been on Facebook and you’ve done this to loads of people. So looks like I’m going to have to take yourselves to small claims and pay for a new hotel.

Last week I arrived in Spain to find my hotel booking had been cancelled due to non payment from Alpha Rooms. The Hotel Manager informed me she had been dealing with numerous similar issues all day relating to Alpha Rooms.
Upon phoning Alpha Rooms several excuses were made to then be told that I would receive a full refund within 24 hours and that I would have to pay the Hotel direct.
One week on I have not received any refund. I have contacted Alpha room by phone and email with no reply.
Having gone on line I see that I am among hundreds of customers with the same issue.
Clearly a dodgy company.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company just arrived at our hotel in Corfu after a very stressful journey only to find that our booking had been cancelled we have had to pay for our holiday again as we can't get hold of anyone from alpha rooms this company should not be allowed to carry on selling holidays it's a disgrace.

Never had worse service for anything in my life! A representative called to confirm that i was still going on my holiday. Just a shame that after i confirmed i was going. That they failed to pay the hotel! After an almighty row in pigeon english with the hotel reception. I was left with no option but to pay the hotel out of my own pocket or be left homeless. I'll never use Alpharooms again!

Went on live chat to cancel a booking. I was talking to Sharon who was very helpful who cancelled my booking and was able to waiver the charge of 50ppp

Actual thieves, cancelled my hotel week before I arrived in Rhodes, room was then given to someone else. Given the run around and had to pay for a different room myself, luckily the owner of the hotel was a saint and put us up without payment whilst we got to the bottom of if.
