Knowledgeable one-stop shop for tailored ski break

Very speedy response and the proposed hotel and resort option was just right. We had a great trip. Good, efficient and timely after care too from Liddy. inghams themselves could have been more helpful!

Any questions asked were answered very quickly (and I asked a lot!). I dealt with 3 people and all were very nice and professional. There were a lot more ski holidays too choose from Alpine Answers and the ski resorts they offer are all the best resorts (so almost ski/snow sure) which comes from their years of experience.
A great company to use and I will definitely be using them again (I've been skiing twice a year for the last 15 years and this company stands out as being one of the best travel agents I've come across)

Heater in one of the rooms didn’t work.
Hot water was not working one whole day.
Although the apartment was offered with a garage, but access to the garage for our car was nearly impossible.

An excellent level of communication from Earl, responding to all our questions quickly. Booking was smooth and the apartment exactly as described. We would highly recommend Alpine Answers as a company who really cares and goes the extra mile.

Even if you only use the website to choose a chalet, Alpine Answer' site is really helpful, honest and enables direct comparisons between properties. But if you add in their telephone advice, and easy booking process, you wonder why there's any point going anywhere else.

Gave us very honest and up to date feedback on hotel we were considering. Then very helpful to find us an equivalent alternative at a much better price.
