These little pots of dynamite are intended for gardeners to plant on, either straight into the garden or into larger containers as soon as they arrive. We keep our alstroemeria plants compact and prune all flower spikes so all the nutrients go into building strong healthy root systems. The plant arrived squash and seriously damaged
The plant arrived squash and Brocken. The item supplied was not as advertised as an established plant but a poor quality plug that had been repotted. Email the supplier via the web Mail link. No reply to any of my messages. Called the customer service 17 times let messages. No call back.
Finally got an email after replying to the shipping email.
Hopefully going to ship replacement plant ?

Alstromeria evening song
This is the the second time I have ordered plants from Alstromeria Select and the Quality is very good my latest one is evening song though on opening the plant looked a bit leggy but the root system well established and romping away.I give a five star because of price and the Quality my plants all came well packaged and no damage will be ordering again in spring.

Greatly smaller than expected.
I ordered 6 plants on offer at a cost of £46.95. They arrived packed quite well but apart from 2 although in 9cm pots the plants are VERY VERY SMALL and if I had known how small the plants would be I woud have gone to local garden nursery and especially as they were being delivered in Autumn (mid November) Very dissapointed.

Happy with the service only downside the plants had such large roots they had burst the pots

Hi Rose, Thanks so much for your feedback. The pots we use are biodegradable and are not as strong as plastic pots. The alstroemeria roots are vigorous and therefore sometimes compromise these environmentally friendly pots but we prefer the plants to have strong healthy root systems so they can be potted on well and the growing team try be more environmentally friendly with the resources we use to grow our plants.

I have had an excellent experience. Ordering was easy and there were lots of good offers and loads of choice. The delivery was exactly as quoted and the plants were packaged securely with instructions on which way up the boxes should be. The plants themselves were good quality and good size. I had no need to have contact with their customer service and I will definitely buy from them again.
