Arrived promptly and well packaged. Will use again

Good-sized, healthy-looking plants, very well packaged, growing on well in pots at present.

2 of the plants's pots were smashed although no sign of significant damage to outside packaging. Roots looked healthy so have re-potted them and keeping fingers crossed.

Hopefully I can change this to 5 stars soon. I ordered 3 alstroemerias and they arrived as scheduled. Unfortunately the packing was very damaged which I assumed was down to the transport company.,all of the pots were split and one of the plants completely broken and out of the pot. I contacted alstroemeria select immediately as in their instruction invoice but had no response. I wrote again a fortnight later and after another two weeks received an apology and the promise of a replacement. It is his now a week later and nothing. The customer service has been very slow. I just hope all of the staff are ok and not off with COVid.

Nice healthy plants which are growing on well

I have ordered 6 , only 2 plants sort of fine, 4 completely dead, sent couple of messages in contact form, tried to call keep getting message box full.
No way of reaching them.
Spent around 60 pounds on these plants.
Felt like cheated big time

Plants arrived well packed and l have repotted them. They are currently in my unheated greenhouse. Hoping to plant in the garden once the weather warms up.

Great looking plants, with the possible exception of one that might need cosseting (hence a four instead of a five).

Plants strong and healthy. Replying to emails not so good , didn't get my 10%discount to new customers either.

Arrived well packaged, quickly after ordering and with nice and clear instructions.

Mixed results. 2 out of 3 plants ordered are thriving. The third one looks dead and showing no signs of life. The instructions were very clear and helpful.

I would leave no stars if possible! Ordered 3 pure white alstroemerias last year but was sent white ones with yellow throats which I could have got locally without paying 7.99 postage. No one contacted me to ask if I’d accept a substitute. I couldn’t get through on the customer helpline (tried loads of times). Email and letter brought no response. Letters to Directors just ignored. Rubbish!!!!

Ordered 4 plants 2 was ok 2 poor plants no sign of top growth at all 😩 hopefully they will burst into growth in spring 🤞 we shall see 😳 I probably would have been better off delaying the order until April time when growing evident maybe give a better review later in the year

The error was remedied quickly and professionally , so I am happy to award a 4.

My purchase was a gift and I haven't seen them but the feedback has been that they are good strong plants and they arrived in good time.

Very good quality plants.
The only reason this was not 5 stars was that they were not delivered on the day notified to me (a Friday) by the courier and so they remained 'in transit' over the weekend.

I ordered my Alstromeira's late arriving within a few days they were healthy with a good root. At present they are overwintering in my summer house.

Zero customer service! Anything wrong with your order you cannot contact them by phone, nor will they answer your emails.
Won’t be using again.
