Several plants broken off/dead on arrival. All attempts to contact supplier (email, phone and letter) failed. Avoid this business.

Ordering process was fine. However a couple of the plans were damaged in transit but have now recovered. My main issue is that none of the plants were labelled.

Easy to use website and healthy plants delivered on time

Excellent service. I opted for the mystery pack and received 6 very healthy and well looked after / packaged plants all now happily growing away.

Rubbish company. Ordered six alstroemeria of which two were really poor quality. Complained twice via their website, but on neither occasion could they be bothered to reply. Everyone should avoid buying from them.

Plants Good but suggest that Lucky Dip Alstroamerias package should STILL be identified by plant not sent without names.

Quick delivery. Carefully packaged healthy plants

Plants were very small ,some were so tiny one has since died ,I will not order again.

All but one plant were out of the pots, compost everywhere and 2 of the plants were completely broken. Not impressed to say the least.

One plant was a little leggy but both strong and healthy. I much prefer to buy direct from the grower

Great service. Easy to order. Very friendly team. Contacted me discuss my order and kept me well informed of progress in person. It was nice not to be served by a human rather than a computer. Would highly recommend.

Despatched months after order with no control on delivery dates or options to change delivery options. No response to customer support form on website. Feel like I’ve been conned.

A very limited choice considering how many varieties are grown.

I feel I must give only one star as Alstroemeria Select have failed miserably. My plant delivery was delivered to my BILLING Address and not to the Delivery address as I stated on the original order. I have raised this issue via their web site TWiCE..... and I am still waiting for an acknowkedgement or a response to my original request. There is no telephone number available or any alternate way to contact them other than their Customer Care Contact Form!! The contact form states, correspondence will receive a response within 48 hours or up to 7 days in peak times ...... I am still waiting. The plants were delivered on Tuesday 4th April as the courier DHL confirmed. What else can I do!?

Utter shambles. Received (eventually) one empty pot of nothing. Had to refuse delivery. Asked to cancel whole order 05th October 2022 and get refund (one item not even available). Still corresponding in Jan 23 (four months on) saying will give refund. I would suggest shopping anywhere else!

No customer service. No contact telephone number, emails ignored. Plants receive not worth the money very small and poor quality will not recommend. Most certainly will not use this company again.

Received gift card from family member tried many times to enter code number listed. Frustratingly this would not except what I keyed in. After several conversations over several days I gave up,
My daughter ( who originally purchased the voucher ) also contacted Alstroemeria Select twice both via telephone and E-Mail. We eventually managed to enter a code that was excepted. Voucher was for £ 25.00 purchase cost of plants selected was £ 24.00 There has been no mention of the £ 1.00 balance. I am not tight and don't really expect a refund but communication would have been polite. Also a little miss Zoe plant purchased at the same time as voucher, arrived looking worse for wear and has since died. I appreciate this can happen with posted plants but over all not a great experience. Sorry.

All but one of the plants arrived in excellent condition however the Little Miss Tara plant, which appeared to be the healthiest of the plants having 5 stems, was the only one which turned out to have 3 totally unattached stems. These fell off as soon as I tipped the pot as I prepared to pot it on. This may have been transport damage but it’s curious because the packaging was undamaged. The remaining stems are healthy and all plants are thriving.
