The plants arrived on schedule and all are potted on and doing well. Can't wait to get them out in the garden! I will certainly go back to Alstromeria direct in the future.

Plant received well packed and in perfect condition and within promised timescale. Delivery charge a little expensive !
Excellent service.

Really healthy, sturdy plants. Not cheap but they justify the cost. Only lost a star because it was unclear when they would arrive; they actually came sooner than expected so I wasn’t on holiday - but I could have been, as there was no way of knowing they had been despatched early. An email on despatch would sort this - then it’d be five stars!

Smaller than expected and soil was spilt out of pot.

Two out of the three plants ordered and delivered are were not in good condition on arrival (very small) and are now dead,

The plants arrived in awful condition, bone dry and in separate parcels. In one the plants had bounced around so much that they were out of the pots. In the other one they were better but still dry and one of them had no growth above the surface of the soil.
I was unable to contact them so I took out a County Court action, they responded fairly quickly and settled the claim.
Would I use them again, absolutely not!

No one answering my messages which I have left on the online contact form and also on their answering machine

Plants looked healthy on arrival, but didn't bloom the first year, and did not survive the first winter despite mulching.

I was a little disappointed by the small size of the plant but I have potted it on and it is growing well before being planted out.

First class service, plants were in good condition on arrival. Easy to understand instructions on what to do next. Can't fault Alstroemeria Select.

For love or money no way you can reach them, they are virtually non reachable , out of6, 4 never made it, dead as Do Do

Order of 3 plants arrived with 2 healthy plants and 1 with no obvious signs of life. After replanting as advised on the information sheets and placed in greenhouse beside flowering geraniums the 2 healthy plants continued to grow the plant with no growth still shows no sign of life 11 weeks on.
Problem was communicated back to the company on line form but elicited no response. The returns process links on the website all failed with Oops Page not found. This was also communicated back but no reaction. No means of forwarding the photo taken on plants arrival.
cannot see how this comes anywhere near good customer service so one star.

If i could give no stars i would! I am in full agreement with the other people who have left bad reviews about Alstroemeria Select. An extremely poor ‘thing’ - it cannot be described as a plant! - arrived, looking like it had been dragged off the compost heap. Loose earth fell out all over my feet and kitchen floor when i opened the cardboard box. The TINY plant was inside a huge, flimsy, squashed plastic container, rattling around in a ridiculously large cardboard box. Totally inadequate packing and very poor quality plant - no sign of the ‘strong root system inspected before despatch’ described on the Alstroemeria Select website. I immediately parcelled it back up and returned it with a letter of complaint, requesting a refund. That was March 6, it is now March 24 and i have not heard anything from Alstroemeria Select, with no sign of any refund. So i rang them today - surprise surprise no-one answers the phone. I left an answerphone message but no-one at Altroemeria Select has bothered to get back to me. I might as well just have poured my money down the drain. People, save yourself all this stress and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY FROM ALSTROEMERIA SELECT!!!!!!
