I have to be honest when I give these comments, because frankly the plants I received was a disappointment.l paid quiet a lot of money for what I would refer to as seedlings and am waiting in trepidation to see if they survive
I have carefully potted them and nurturing them

A great choice of plants but extremely disappointed with after sales service. We ordered two plant; when they arrived one was the incorrect variety. I have telephoned and e mailed to try to get the mistake rectified many times but have been unable to make contact; e-mails not replied to and voice mail permanently full.

I ordered two plants from this company and my biggest concern is their customer service. After placing my order online, I didn't receive a confirmation email but thankfully I took a screenshot showing my order number. A couple of days later I contacted them using the enquiry form on their website, quoting my order number and asking for order confirmation and an anticipated delivery date. No reply. I was starting to worry. A few weeks later I did receive an email stating my plants were about to be delivered. They arrived very well packed and looked healthy. I potted them on with compost, prior to planting them in the garden, and a few weeks on they don't look much bigger but they haven't died either! Hopefully they will grow and flower later in the year.

Quick delivery,1 strong plant and a smaller one.My dad is an expert Alstroemeria grower so he’ll soon bring it on.

Excellent service, plants arrived in good condition and well packed. Planted them straight out into the garden, kept them well watered and they are now showing signs of growth.

I bought 3 - for the price they were not the best quality! I repotted them all - one has since practically died! One had only a couple of long stems Sonia quite spindly! The other one is growing ok! But as I said - for the price - quite disappointing!

In comparison to what I paid this company for my plants, against what I have paid for other alstromerias I have given them a 1 star rating.
The alstromerias I received (One healthy robust (Inca Sundance) and one (Inca Fire) which looked as if it had broken off the Inca Sundance it was small and weak. The only way I knew it was a proper plant is because it was in it's own "pod" and duly labelled. Surprise Surprise it has died!!!!

Good condition plants. Several tubers per plant. Not like another supplier I tried which was just one small tuber. Alstroemeria Select provide well established rooted specimens.

Had a gift voucher to spend but unable to use. Tried phoning and emailing company but no reply. Eventually got a reply via facebook messenger. They tried to tell me I'd entered the voucher code wrong but I'd tried every way possible. Suddenly they replied telling me the voucher code now worked, which it did so we used the gift voucher immediately. When the plants eventually arrived (after I chased the company to see where they were) they were very tiny plants and are now being carefully protected in our greenhouse until they become established plants. After many years of buying plants from this company via online and at the Wisley show, I'm totally disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered 2 alstroemeria plants, one was literally bursting out of the pot by the roots the other was just a couple of small leaves in the corner of the pot.
I have phoned the company several times, no one answers and the mail box is full so you cannot leave a message.
I have E mailed, now twice, having waited the time in between the company request and have still not had a reply
Am so disappointed as these were presents and not cheap!

Delivered when promised. Not possible to review plants yet as too early to say whether they are as promised but I potted on as required.

Once they've got your money, forget about any customer service.
Lovely website! Lousy company. I planted 9 plants outside in April. The leaflet that came with the plants gave the assurance that they were hardened off and ready to go out. Two days after planting we had a frost which wiped out all but three of these apparently hardy plants. When I tried to contact the company, NOTHING. No feedback, Not interested. I don't give bad reviews without giving the company a chance to put their side of the argument. Well, It appears they don't give a flying.....toss!

Good, prompt service and plants arrived in good condition.

Not had my plants yet so not that good a service and difficult to write a good review!

The company are not answering phone calls but they are due me a refund, intact they are overdue a refund for plants they were unable to supply

Good quality plants, growing strongly in greenhouse before planting out when chance of frosts have past.
