Brilliant plants as always from this company.

Difficult company to get in touch with, poor customer service, website allows you to place plants in your basket then they are all out of stock, long delivery time and poor quality plants when they arrived. Only used as I had a voucher, will not use again.

I ordered an amstroemerius in April. Payment was taken but no confirmation of my order was received. Eventually I tried to make contact in late May but emails were not answered and it was not possible to leave a phone message. Eventually I went to the nursery as I thought this was a scam. They are genuine but were so involved in preparations for Chelsea that ordinary orders were not being met. I sent more emails and the plant arrived. As an experienced gardener my impression was that the plant was in poor condition, but in response to an email sending them photos they told me this is how their plants are normally when sent out and that it would spring back. Several weeks later a small shoot is growing. I would not buy again from this nursery.

Pants were good but packing needs significant improvement. One had not enough earth to secure the plant, another was damaged because the plant had been roughly shoved into the pot.

Do not buy!! Walk away now.
NO plants, no communication, no replies, no refund, no chance to leave a voice message, in a nutshell got scammed.. They will scam you like they did with countless before me...
I have no idea why I fell for it, but if you are here checking the state of play, you shouldn't.

I placed an order a month ago.. no communication whatsoever. Tried contacting them via their website, and Facebook page. They have not responded, even though they read the Facebook message then blocked me!! They were happy to take £20 for a plant which I never received!

Have had two separate deliveries this spring. First delivery was as expected. Small but sturdy large plug, expensive though. Has grown away nicely. Second delivery very disappointing. Very tiny single stem snapped off in transit. Should have been kept at the nursery for another month then it would have survived delivery. Customer services eventually responded to email and picture. Civil response but no help offered other than for me to nurture the plant on myself. I will for the sake of the poor plant, still no growth yet, but as for this nursery you can do much better elsewhere. It was £20 all in. Spend your money at the Garden Centre or if you need to mail order go to Viv Marsh plants for Alstroemerias. Unfortunately he didn't have these plants at the time. I so wish I'd waited.

There is absolutely no Customer Service at Alstroemeria Select and they are impossible to get hold of, even when there's a clear and legitimate problem with an order. I've sent 3 messages via their Contact form on the website (there's no email address or phone number), I've waited weeks for a response and still nothing despite the last 2 messages explaining very clearly that one of the plants I received was in such poor condition and so badly damaged it looks unlikely it will survive.

I ordered 6 plants in total and only 1 of them looks healthy. They are all different sizes (mostly small) and the one slightly taller plant was bent double to fit in the delivery carton and the stems are stuck in that position now. The website of this company promises a great deal yet, in my case at least, has failed to deliver on those promises or even respond to my concerns. Extremely disappointing to say the least!

No communication by email at all not even to say received money or order! But I did eventually receive great plants with good roots. I did receive notification of delivery from ‘Nurseryman’ which was on time in good condition.
It was just patience that was needed by me 🤭

Communication through the website is non existent. They do not respond. Phone calls go unanswered or not responded to. You are at their mercy. The plants arrived, with two broken and pale yellow leaves and so I will not be surprised if they do not survive in the ground.

Appalling customer Service, no one bothers to answer emails, telephone line useless as apparently no one there to take call and advised can’t leave message as box is full. Of course my payment was taken immediately order placed. Come on - please get your act together! This is just not acceptable

I ordered and paid for some plants alstroemerias select one month ago.
I have still not received them although I have sent messages and filled in the customer form as required.

I have used this supplier several times over the last 2-3 years, and have always been pleased with my purchase. However a recent order received in May, was I'm disappointed to say, well below the standard I had received previously! I know that the original company was taken over by another in 2021 so am not sure if that has something to do with the decline in quality. However, as a result of my recent experience, I'm less inclined to continue to purchase from Alstromeria Select going forward!

One plant of 6 arrived damage. Message left on feedback form on website. No response.

Lovely, well developed plants. Super protective packaging, Looking good in their pots (flowers already) Last years plants also doing well and going wild, in a good way, in the borders. Highly recommend this company.
