We have used the Accrington branch for several holidays and have had excellent customer service each time. We have booked again through them today and Karen has given us perfect service.

the customer service in Althams Bolton is excellent, they always go the extra mile. Always answer any questions and try to find out the answer if they don't personally know.

I Highly recommend Hannah Mallinson who is part of the home-working team. Hannah has organised several holidays for myself and also family members, most recently for my elderly Grandmother & Great Aunty and organised it perfectly from them from start to finish putting them at ease and able to enjoy a lovely holiday.

We booked the New Years Dream Marella Cruise with Kate Orchard at the Ilkley branch. It was seamless from start to finish! Extremely friendly, answered all of our queries and questions and best of all we had follow up calls to ensure that we had everything ready to travel and enjoy our cruise. She went above and beyond and would definitely book with Kate and Althams again.

I always book my trips at Althams in Ilkley. The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me booking my trips. I have booked Turkey, Costa del Sol, Madeira, and now New York!

I have booked many a holiday with Hannah Mallinson. She is a homeworker & nothing ever seems too much trouble for her. She is knowledgeable and able to offer clear advice and recommendations. I feel confident when booking with Hannah, she is quick to answer any questions and looks after the admin side of my holiday once it’s booked. All I have to do is look forward too it :)
