We had an excellent experience from start to finish with the Yeadon branch. Thanks so much to Sarah for organising an incredible, once in a lifetime trip to Lapland. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

I cannot thank the staff here enough for their incredible kindness. I recently lost my mum, and going out has been really hard. The team was absolutely amazing—so supportive and incredibly patient with me while I was struggling with my mental health. It felt like a safe and welcoming space when I really needed one. On top of all that warmth, they also make a lovely coffee. Highly recommend."

Fabulous customer service by the staff at the Accrington branch, Althams are the only travel agents I use. Nothing is too much trouble, documents printed out for you, they always give you their expert guidance on your choice of resort, airlines, etc. Used them for years. Ten out of ten.

I’ve been going to Althams for a few years now, and this year a little bit more frequently.Lots of “short” European holidays booked by a young lady called Corinne.Extremely nice and very knowledgeable.A breath of fresh air for a young person to be so polite and welcoming.I’ve also had the help of Heidi in the past couple of holidays,and again,extremely helpful and knowledgeable.5*all across the board.

Visited my local Chorley branch and was dealt with by a very smiling happy friendly lady called Chloe. I had rang earlier with details of the specific details and holiday we wanted. She rang saying all was sorted. So I nipped into the shop, checked through everything with Chloe and booked the holiday. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you

Booked my holiday with such friendly helpful staff , they went above and beyond to make my booking the best it could be , easy paperwork printed in the branch , regular updates via e mail from them , the holiday was amazing , I have booked 5 holidays with my local branch of Brigg I wouldn't go anywhere else , they are not staff in there but approachable friends with customer service at their heart

Staff are very helpful, trips we have booked have been fab with great hotels & food and the prices have been very reasonable for the holidays. Highly recommend

I have recently booked 2 cruises with staff at Althams Bury. They listened to what I wanted/needed (travelling on my own). Made great suggestions and nothing was too much trouble. Today I rang with a question, Grace took my details and rang me back within half hr. She had sorted the issue and so put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend using them if you want a good and easy way to book, a holiday. Will be using them for future holidays.

Great staff very knowledgeable and helpful. We have used them for years. If you see a holiday somewhere they try their best to better it.

Always book my solo holidays with Altham’s. Great friendly, professional staff. They help you out as much as they can, I’ve never had a problem with them. I won’t book with anyone else, I will be back in to book my next one soon.

BOOKED ANOTHER VACATION WITH ALTHAMS AT THE BRIGG BRANCH, AS ALWAYS VERY HELPFULL WHEN CHOOSING THE RIGHT LOCATION AND HOTEL, ON THIS OCCASION IT WAS FOR ANOTHER CRUISE INCLUDING THE FULL TRANSIT THROUGH THE PANAMA CANAL, Kerry PICKED OUT THE TWENTYFIVE DAY TRIP AND DEALT WITH ALL THE ARRANGMENTS. The ladies in the rawtenstall branch are amazing. We have used them several times to bookour holidays and never been disappointed. Professional and patient and very knowledgeable. They have found us some fantastic deals for amazing holidays. We will be back. Wouldn't use anyone else highly recommended

Althams Rawtenstall is a fantastic company that I have booked holidays with for many years ,the staff have fantastic customer service and care about all their customers, they take the stress out of booking your holiday and go above and beyond for you. 10/10

Lou, Helen & Fleur are amazing at what they do.
Always have time to listen to what you want , informative and friendly , kettle always on and never rushed to book.
This is literally the only travel agents I use now.

Kerry in the Brigg branch has been so very helpful in planning our “special holiday”, we gave her the details of a cruise and extra stopover to include a mini safari lasting one month. It’s our first big cruise and quite complicated to plan, then changes to internal/long haul flights, transfers, major luggage, currencies etc, she simply took the reins and hey presto, we have a holiday to really look forward to, couldn’t recommend her/them highly enough. Won’t be going anywhere else in the future.
