We had a new conservatory installed. Great communication and updates throughout. The workmen were friendly and kept everywhere tidy and even worked in heavy rain to get it finished on time.
We would definitely recommend Amber Home Improvements.

Overall our experience with Amber was very good. We had 8 new windows and a front door fitted. I didn't put 5 stars because we had a few delays before the work was completed. Really happy with the end result. Would definitely use Amber again.

We chose Amber to covert our conservatory into a garden room because they showed real professionalism from the very beginning and we were not disappointed.
We were kept fully informed of the worked as it progressed despite a few delays.
The tradesmen worked extremely hard, sometimes during very difficult weather conditions, clearing up any mess as they went.
The end result has given us a beautiful room which we have used constantly since completion.

We have just had new windows and front door fitted by Amber windows .We would just like to thank Tom and Louie for all there hard work they both did an excellent job in Tamworth .They were both polite and very hard working they even cleaned up and left our house tidy we are really impressed with the quality of there workmanship.We would highly recommend Amber windows .

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. We replace our glass lantern roof with a tiled insulated roof in order to be able to use the room all year round. The difference made is tremendous.
The installation team from Amber were excellent and worked really hard during the week that they were with us even through the most horrendous weather.
The team were excellent, polite and very tidy workers.
Everything inside the room was covered up before they commenced work in order to offer protection and minimise disruption. No complaints whatsoever.

I have just had a new front door fitted which I am very pleased with. The service I received from start to finish was excellent and the chap that fitted my door did a very good job, very friendly and explained everything clearly. I would certainly recommend Amber Home Improvements.

From start to finish the information we received was first class. We had a call asking if we were okay to have the door fitted on a certain day but if not convenient we could change it, we were very happy with the proposed date. The fitter arrived on time and confirmed he was here to fit the new door, that was completed very quickly and worked perfectly well.
A couple of days later we noticed the door was getting a bit difficult to open and close, contacted amber homes date was arranged for fitter to come out adjusted door and a couple of other items, when finished he explained about door drop which was great, door has worked great and workmen ship very good, would recommend this company. Thanks to all concerned
Update on this firm they said I and no doubt others would receive an M&S voucher if I put a review on trustpilot, have never even got a reply asking where it was, I didn’t write the review just for the voucher but it would have been nice to at least got reply to apologise.

Really quick process , straight forward . The guys fitting on the day were great / friendly and respectful of our crazy dog .
The overall experience was very good .
Windows look great and love our French doors .

the team came to site at the appointed time and without any drama removed the huge picture window bricked up the opening ready for the new smaller window the next day. The next day the window fitting team arrived fitted the window and the following day the plaster arrived carried out his work. All works carried out without any radios mobil phones or swearing and shouting. The experiance was so easy we have aked them back to price for other works. We would recomend without any hesitation.

Amazing service from start to finish. Very professional and courteous. Everyone we spoke to did exactly what they said and the finished product is fantastic. We had a new front door on this occasion and the fitter was brilliant. Done an amazing job! We will definitely be using Amber Home Improvements again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had all new windows and doors and in our 1975 bungalow.
The workmen and window fitters were very tidy with their work, couldn’t fault them at all.
They done an excellent job.
The only reason I wouldn’t give Amber 5 star would be because I had some issues with bits needing replacing and it took some time dealing with the customer service regarding delay in time frame getting back to us.

We are happy that we chose Amber to replace seven windows. Their service at every stage has been excellent. We are very satisfied with the final result. The price was competitive.

Windows are performing well, although we've yet to test them in winter. No problems so far

Had front door & side panel fitted. We did explain we had a buyer for old door etc, but fitter cut through frame so we could not sell door etc. I pointed out to fitter that after he had finished, the top frame was bowed but fitter made no comment. He was finished and left. Rang company to explain & they sent a man out who said he could put the problem right, should never have been left like it was by fitter. Waited about 2 weeks he came back & put the problem right. Maybe the original fitter was not one of their best. However we are now very pleased with door etc.

Amber were recommended to us and we have been delighted as they did an amazing job from start to finish with the sliding doors for our garden room. Thank you

Amber held our quote whilst builders started our planned extension. Timings and communication were excellent. Fitting went perfectly. Jack/Jake? very clean worker and overall good experience from quote to installation. Had some slight damage to a door handle and that is being replaced.
