Tried to contact them several times for a window quote but they never returned email or phoned back. AVOID.

Amber have been a fantastic company to work with, they have been friendly, honest, reliable and trustworthy the whole way through. We are thrilled with our new front door.

Although Amber were not the cheapest option presented, I was really impressed by the non pushy sales pitch.
They were very clear with timescales and Karen and her colleagues were very attentive throughout the whole process, even when a minor issue presented itself. The windows seems very high quality and I will gladly endorse Amber

Just had a new conservatory.
Staff were excellent at every stage from quote to completion.
Really pleased with the end result.

Had a problem with the install dates being rearranged 3 times, which was a bit of a problem.
The fitters turned up on time & did a good job, all the flooring was protected with sheets, there was a blemish in one of the window panes that was replaced a week later. Would recommend Amber & will use again when we have other windows replaced.

As an update, despite a promise all would be rectified by the end of this week, yet again fruitless promises.

Tricky job replacing conservatory windows but all aspects of the work carried out superbly. Quick at supplying quote, and work carried out very soon after I had accepted the job. Butch and Mark were hard working, friendly and very helpful and did the work efficiently with great attention to detail . Two little minor details which needed a return visit and this happened promptly ( day after my phone call) with apologies and no problem whatsoever ever.
Reading the one bad review I can’t believe that we are talking about the same company.
Top marks from me for Amber for all members of the team that I interacted with but especially Butch and Mark!

Great experience from beginning to end, from Scott's non-pushy sales pitch (which was a blessing - other well-known DG firms please take note!) to a very speedy date for installation. Fitters big Jake and little Jack did an amazing job and completed on time. One tiny issue was a screw cap that was missing but they came and sorted without fuss. Would highly recommend.

Everyone we've dealt with, from the initial quotation to the fitter who left today, have been fantastic. We had a few issues with doors but other than that, the team have been so attentive keeping us updated and fixing issues in a timely fashion.
My only recommendation would be to have tougher quality control at the manufacturers. I would (and will) recommend Amber Home Improvements to all of my friends (my family have already used their services so know how wonderful they are 😊)

Cannot recommend Amber highly enough they discussed the project and made great suggestions, survey was done on time and installation went smoothly. Would definitely use them again great company to work with.

The team at Amber were extremely helpful when choosing the type of conservatory and explained the benefits of different styles. When they came to remove the old one and build the new one they were always on time and very fast with their work. The quality of workmanship and materials was fantastic, I would definitely recommend Amber to anyone thinking of getting a new conservatory!

Had new Windows and doors fitted in November 2022.
The whole experience was brilliant right from initial consultation and choice of windows to the fitting and clearing up.
The installers were very respectful of my property and very pleasant to deal with. Didn’t feel like strangers in the home!

The complete team from sales through survey and fitting very professional.

We have just had our garden room completed by the team from Amber Home improvements. From the initial contact with Gavin ( sales manager ) through to the installations team we have had honest, professional and courteous treatment. The building team of Ethan and Andy did an outstanding job in very difficult conditions, being always cheerful and friendly and leaving the building works in a superb condition. Rod the fitter was very professional and skilled also working in very poor weather conditions leaving us with an outstanding installation upon completion. We had a couple of minor issues which were rectified without fuss leaving us with a garden room which is exactly what we wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and should in the future require any further projects we would again employ their services. This is an honest review and any questions will be awnsered truthfully.

We have used Amber previously for other jobs and were very impressed, so chose them when our gutters needed replacing.
Graham and Jack worked so hard to fit our new gutters and soffits over 3 days of freezing weather. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen in the office was her usual efficient self.
A fantastic job was done and I would have no hesitation in recommending Amber.

Delighted with the door both outside and inside.
