Glen at Ambientco provided excellent customer service. I had no idea the items I had purchased were made to order. As I needed them urgently, Glen arranged for the to be expedited and I received them before more my deadline. The lights were as beautiful as I had hoped.

A great company to deal with, I didn’t realise my item was hand made to order so when I emailed asking where my order was, I had a reply within hours explaining and giving me an update on my order. The light itself is beautifully crafted and well made at a great price.
