Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 203 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers were dissatisfied with the products, finding them to be of poor quality, cheap, and not matching the descriptions or images on the website. People frequently noted that items were flimsy, made of plastic, or arrived tarnished and broken, contrary to the advertised quality. Reviewers also felt misled by the website's portrayal of the company as a family concern, suggesting products were mass-produced in China rather than handmade. Customers found the prices to be inflated for the low quality received, and many struggled to obtain full refunds, often being offered only partial amounts or facing difficult return processes to China. However, some people were satisfied with their purchases, stating that the earrings were beautiful, looked exactly like the photos, and were well-made for the price.

Poor quality product

Product delivery times in excess of 10 days. Was it worth the wait? Definitely not… no earring clasp so a challenge to align and after 3 days of wearing they went green which has never happened to me. Poor quality.

Very poor quality

Very long wait for delivery but certainly not worth the wait! Earrings are very poor quality and certainly not as in picture. I am not even going to put them in my ears, afraid of what might happen. Initial query re order was dealt with quickly giving me false hope. Certainly do not recommend.

Don't touch this company.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. The jewellery is cheap and nasty, I found one pair of earings particularly painful to wear I think because of the metal used. I kept getting fobbed off when I tried to return the items for a refund. they said I would have to return them at my own expense to Asia and it would be very expensive. In the end I settled for 20% refund. I'm extremely dissatified and slightly embarassed for falling for this con.

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. They claim to be a small family firm based in the UK. It is a Chinese site selling very shoddy goods that bear no resemblance to the very high quality photos online. A refund can only be had if you bear the cost of sending tracked post to a Freight lift in China. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM

Like others, I wish I’d have checked reviews first! Earrings arrived today - cheap and tacky and maybe worth £2.99! Not what I paid. Emails all bouncing back so they must block emails once items delivered. DO NOT ORDER. Any good reviews must be fake.

This is a fraud and scam

This is a fraud and scam, the goods received are of a low and poor quality. These are not vintage or handmade and this is not a family business.
The company also makes it exceptional hard to get a refund and you have to return the goods to CHINA. They are stealing your hard earned money. I have the email trail to prove how hard it is to return the goods.
They offer you a discount on next order rather than a refund. They email you backwards and forwards to wear you down and delay giving you the return address to get to the expiry of the 30 days money back guarantee period so that they do not have to refund you. It is plain and simple theft.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! Wish I had read reviews prior to buying 😏

Items are of poor quality. Tried to return one pair of earrings as they were unwearable. They emailed to say I could keep the ones I have and they would offer me 30% compensation (can you believe) if I ordered another pair of earrings! This is despite their 30 day money back guarantee! I’m pretty convinced the website is a facades to a cheap production set up!

Beautiful Earrings…

I just received my beautiful earrings and am delighted with them. They are exactly as the photos show of them.
I emailed Amelia with a question and she replied very quickly. I will be buying from them again and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a special personalised gift. Thank you Amelia x

If you like TAT (rubbish) then buy off this site.

Amelia and Arthur look like copy and paste people. The site is completely unreal so I strongly highlight the jewellery is expensive for the cheap rubbish you will receive. Its unacceptable trading and I will have no hesitation in reporting it to the trading standards authority.

This site is fake and fraudulent…

This site is fake and fraudulent Amelia and Arthur do not exist the Jewellery pictured is not what they describe it as. Trying to have any communication with the company is impossible let alone trying to send items back and get a refund . When my parcel arrived the jewellery was so plastic looking and much smaller than described , the return address was on the parcel as Lancashire. When i looked it up it was a scam Warehouse. This company has many Jewellery sites listed under believable names with lovely photos of hansom family's its all FAKE. please do not use these scams I've lost £35 to them with no way of getting a refund. Report them .
