Awful company
Awful! An utter scam. Looks like a U.K. company but is based in China. I ordered two pairs of earrings that on eventual arrival, look nothing like the website photos. Cheap materials and sharp metal ear hooks that made my ears sore. DO NOT BUY. They now have my card details, email and address to sell on. BEWARE!
Don’t buy from this company
Didn’t even receive my order so can’t review the quality.
I’ve just been told repeatedly to go to the post office, parcel shop, “Royal Mail of Great Britain”
The post office have investigated and no record of it anywhere. My requests for a refund are being ignored.
Arrived after a long wait
Arrived after a long wait
Very disappointed by the quality and not the same as the photo

If I could it zero rating I would
If I could it zero rating I would. Expensive rubbish made jewelry. Really poor quality, slow delivery and earrings aren't even the same colour as on their facebook page.
I now know why they don't have reviews on facebook. Please save your money. Thank god we didn't pay tax on this rubbish. Cheap and nasty looking. Was offered 30% discount on my next purchase but who on earth would throw good money after bad? Commented on facebook and they've now blocked me. Speaks volumes.
Cheap and nasty
Took forever to come. Probably worth about £1, although it cost £17.95. The "gold" edging has just been painted on and although sold as silver ring, it's just cheap metal. Scammed! Please avoid!
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Waited over two weeks for delivery from China! Not London. The stones are not real but plastic and the earrings look nothing like the picture. There is also a lot of obvious glue on the back.
Quality very poor
The site makes you think they are UK based, they are not. The quality of their jewellery is poor. I made a comment of their Facebook page and I was immediately blocked. Please do not order.
Avoid at all costs
I ordered, what looked like a fabulous pair of earrings reduced in their ‘sale’! What I received did not resemble in any way shape or form the picture on their website!! I subsequently contacted the company asking for a refund as they clearly state “a 30day guaranteed refund policy” as they’re SO confident in the quality of the products. This started an email chain of them offering me various discounts and then further discounts off my next purchase!!! You only get the return address when you keep refusing the offers…..CHINA!!! They try everything to not give a full refund. This isn’t a cosy little company run by a mum with her son….its an absolutely RUBBISH company in CHINA for which you have to pay to return the goods! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are rip off merchants selling rubbish products!
Scam site advertising on Facebook
Scam site advertising on Facebook. Don’t buy from here. False advertising - not an indie British company
That is a scam
That is a scam. It isn't a small business in London but a business in China. Nothing they sell looks like the photos on their website and they don't process returns.
Disappointed
I so wanted the earings to be perfect .waited about nine days to arrive. when they did they were nothing like the picture on the website .olive green drop earings so pale and hardley green and gold I would never order gold as I only wear silver. I sent them a message they did offer a discount but I wanted the olive earings !!!! I have a friends birthday soon she wears gold so it was ok . But won't order from. Them again wish I had read the reviews first
comes across as a family company is it ???
What beautiful jewellery …
I am entirely delighted with both pairs of my beautiful new earrings , the quality of the jewellery and customer care was excellent, I will certainly be ordering from this lovely website again for gifts and for myself.
Hello I have not bought from here but…
Hello I have not bought from here but if you are considering please note this is a drop shipping scheme and all products are valued under 2 pounds in Chinese commerce site Alibaba.
BEWARE THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY. NOT BRITISH
I bought £41 of earrings for a gift.
I did not read the delivery time on the order.
When it did not arrive in 5 working days, I then went onto their website the check delivery time. That is when I twigged that they were coming from China.
Their terms state that you can have a refund within 30 days.
I wasn’t happy with the quality. Asked for a refund.
Like the others, offered me discounts on the order and a future order.
I am keeping them as it’s too expensive to return.
However, I am contacting trading standards as their website is misleading. Making you believe they are in London. They need closed down. As their jewellery is just cheap junk. I could buy from China for a fraction of the price.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. They make it seem as if they are sending goods from London, alas they are absolutely cheap rubbish from China. Nothing like the pictures, very poor quality, broke when I picked them up. They have refused to refund my money but offered me 30% discount off of another poor quality item otherwise I have to pay to send back faulty goods…not my fault they broke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BOGUS COMPANY
Fake
Fake, fake, fake.... Do not send them any money. You will not receive any goods. It's all a sham....there is no Amelia and Arthur. Stuff I've ordered has not 'shipped' or materialised.
Awful quality and not as advertised.
Just received 3 pies of earrings which are very cheap looking. Not real stones - look like acrylic. Bright gold when I thought I was ordering silver.
I feel stupid for falling for the ad. I thought I was buying from a UK based small business but they came from China. £40 for 3 pairs of earrings. What a waste of money.
Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services, lovely earrings true to description, well packaged in nice jewellery box.My order took a couple of days longer to arrive than expected, but Amelia responded quickly to my enquiry and was very polite and helpful. The earrings arrived the next day.
