Paula is excellent in sourcing multi destination holidays
Paula at American Holidays is extremely helpful, from the outset she listened carefully to my holiday wish list and delivered carefully considered options. Paula is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend her. I had got a quote from her last year and I remembered her attention to detail and expertise, prompting me to get in contact with her this year again to book our holiday to New York and Cancun.

Brilliant
Amanda was so patient and answered any queries that I had. Nothing was too much trouble. She amended our quote to match exactly what we were looking for. I spoke to a few other ladies who were equally as lovely and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone and will be recommending to friends and family.

Paula is our agent for 2nd time, and she has been so informative on both occasions. Booking with her has been fun and stress free. Casey did the great job putting everything together. Unfortunately, there is some room for improvement, possibly from different department. The department who dealt with fight tickets still made a mistake. I have to spend hours fixing it myself.
