Audrey took the time to listen to my preferences and to advise me what would suit my needs. She was able to taylor flights, accommodation and car hire to my needs in an efficient manner. I felt that I could ask her anything and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would recommend American holidays without reservation.

Booked and travelled before with American Holidays, so that’s why I've booked again. Tracy was helpful and courteous, as I didn’t really know what I was looking for. Tracy gave me a few options and hey I’m booked.

We recently worked with Amanda in arranging our holiday, and the service she provided was exceptional. She offered clear, comprehensive information on every aspect of our trip, including visa requirements and payment processes. Throughout the entire booking experience, Amanda demonstrated great patience and answered all of our questions without hesitation.
Her professionalism and attention to detail made the booking process incredibly smooth and straightforward. In addition, she supplied valuable guidance on using the cruise app and advised us on pre‑booking excursions that might interest us.
Overall, Amanda delivered a first‑class service, and we are extremely satisfied with the support she provided.

Diane was exceptional when looking for and arranging my holiday to Florida, this is the second year in a row I have booked with American Holidays and it has always been easy to do.

Worked with Edel (who was very knowledgable and very patient!) to come up with a very competitive itinerary for a road trip taking in Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans and ending with Washington DC - helps that the staff have actually been to these places and are very experienced not to mention very pleasant to deal with.

Had a great booking experience with Megan in the Dublin Office. Wasn't sure where to go and she gave me plenty of options and choices. Nothing was to much trouble. She was very professional, friendly and lovely to deal with. Excellent customer service.

Amanda was amazing with our booking, she help with all the questions we asked, and the information provided was excellent, looking forward to our hoilday this year.

We had such a fantastic experience working with Kristin while planning our trip to the southern United States. We really didn’t know where to begin, but she made the entire process feel effortless from start to finish.

Kristin is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows the destinations inside out. She put together a beautifully organised itinerary, taking care of every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. What really stood out was how responsive she was — no matter how many questions we had, she always got back to us quickly with helpful and thoughtful answers.

Beyond her professionalism, Kristin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She brought a personal touch to everything, especially with the recommendations she curated for us — from places to eat to things to see, all tailored perfectly to our interests.

Family Trip to NY and Boston
Met with Ashling to organize a trip for a family of 5 to NY & Boston. Thanks to Ashling's advise we now have an amazing trip booked, with accommodation that suits our family, in the best location possible. Ashling made the process so easy and provided loads of helpful tips that will make the trip full of memories.

Rachel was very helpful and so were all the team. We got lots of quotes and got a good deal and very happy with everything so far.

Ashling was so helpful and knowledgeable when I phoned to enquire about booking a family holiday. She chose a beautiful resort for us, having been there herself, she had all the relevant information. She was so friendly and had lots of useful tips. Wonderful customer service
