Quick response thorough and rapid approval

Keeping my same coverage but at a great savings monthly. Rosemary was very helpful in getting this policy for me.

I spoke with Jalisa Cooper who was very professional and extremely helpful.
After a few questions I was able to be approved very quickly. I am very
pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend. In fact I was
referred through a friend of mine.

My Medicare reps were great.
Keiton Johnson & Greg Block were very nice & professional. So glad they are the ones chosen to assist me. Keaton was full of knowledge and very patient.

I was very happy with the experience. The agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish I had made this switch earlier. Saved me nearly $1000 per year.

Mike Rodriguez was an excellent representative. He patiently explained various options to me, going over the how and whys leaving the decisions, now better informed, to me. He never used pressure. His language was understandable. I was extremely comfortable discussing and comprehending this important subject.

Definitely a 5 Star experience with Kielan Hollocher. He was extremely helpful and even called on a Sunday to help me after I left him a message. He explained things very well with great customer service. My husband has had his policy with Americo and has been very pleased.

The two representatives that I spoke to came across as very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I had an idea of what Plan I wanted to change to and why, and they provided support for my idea and eventual decision. The new plan was within my budget and provided more coverage than my old plan. When they said a specific person would contact me within a certain period of time it happened. I wasn't left to track anyone down by phone or email. The reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was that some of the information they needed for the policy required them to read several long-winded questions which were read too fast for me to follow. However, they gladly repeated the questions slower the second time. Overall, I left the encounter feeling valued as a client.
