From the first appointment I had with ami I knew I wanted her to make my wedding dress. She listened to everything I wanted in the outfit and she brought my vision to life and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way it turned out. From choosing the colours, materials and patterns the process from start to finish was seamless. I am genuinely so happy I chose ami to make my dream dress!

Ami is such a good listener. She was able to see my vision and deliver my dream dress. If you know exactly what you want then don’t hesitate to visit Ami!

The whole Ami bridal couture experience is amazing! Ami is so patient, really listens to what you want and genuinely cares about each and every design. I couldn't be happier with how my reception dress turned out and it was beyond my expectations 🥰 All my friends and family were complimenting the dress saying how stunning it was and how unique the colour of it was, it gave complete princess vibes. The work and finish on it is exquisite ☺️

I can't recommend Ami enough for anybody considering their bridal outfits! She has such unique designs and is very flexible to help it suit you personally! She made the process entirely stress free and I have no doubt I'll be visiting again soon with family members!
Ami was also honest about turn around times and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard before release!

I spent about six months searching for my ideal, non-traditional wedding dress before I found Ami. Since the moment i first visited her studio, I went from having anxiety about finding the right outfit to being 100% sure it would be perfect!
Ami made everything so easy, listened to everything I wanted and made suggestions of what would work best for the design.
The final product… there are no words to describe how perfect it is. To say I felt like a princess is an understatement! Every single guest commented on how beautiful the embroidery and detail was, it fit like an absolute dream and was comfortable all day even after eating and dancing.

I was lucky enough to have Ami as my designer for my wedding sari blouse, my husband's wedding sherwani, and my reception outfit. Ami was referred to me by my good friend, and Ami is truly one of kind. She listens, she makes the process so simple every time you talk to her, and she's so thoughtful in her designs. Every unique detail contributes to the bigger picture and she's often able to see it before you even can. She was responsive any time I had questions or new ideas and made this process so simple despite us being based in the U.S. I trusted Ami to deliver and she did - the pictures still don't do justice to the caliber of her designs and end product. I'd work with Ami again in a heartbeat!

Ami is a very talented designer! I found her on instagram and I can honestly say I was so glad I decided to choose her to create my reception gown. I wanted something unique and different and she did just that! Her eye for detail and professionalism is excellent and I received so many compliments! Would definitely work with her again!

Every young girl dreams of their big day and the outfit they'll be wearing. So when I got engaged I knew I had to find someone that could add to and make my vision come true. Ami is all of that in one! She listened, contributed and delivered to the T. Alongside that she helped me keep calm but excited through the agony of rescheduling a wedding due to covid. From the initial consultation to my big day, the experience with Ami Bridal was just effortless, efficient and actually fun!

Initial consultation
Ami got an idea of my personality and vision for the look I wanted to go for. She then drew out beautiful designs which got the butterflies going! Even just as drawings, the outfits were stunning and she really thought through what would suit me and bring out my personality best.

The mock up
She made a mock up of the outfits which was invaluable to see and imagine what the outfit would look like and how it would sit. We made tweaks at this stage such as taking off sleeves which didn't suit me and adding a sparkly belt. I'm so glad she doesn't go straight into production so the design can adapt along the way.

Panels
She made small panels to show the work. I had a very intricate, hand embroidered wedding lengha. Again this is a great way to see what it will look like and make tweaks accordingly.

First fitting
FIT LIKE A GLOVE! Trying on the incredible designs for the first time and having them fit perfectly was such a happy (and relieving) moment for me! Ami's attention to detail made this moment just magical!

The big day
Small touches like adding hooks for the dupatta or pre-stitching the pleats on one of my dupattas made it so easy to put the outfit on when it came to the day. It was a pleasure to wear Ami Bridal for 3 of my functions (welcome party, wedding and reception).

Where to start! Ami instantly understood my vision and she made my dream outfit a reality. From the beginning of the design process to the swatches and then the final piece - everything was well communicated and our comments and thoughts taken on board. Ami has an amazing eye and if she has any suggestions, take them! She added the finishing touches to my outfit and it really pulled it all together. I couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect wedding dress than what Ami created! We changed the initial concept mid way and made it 100 times better! Ami was incredibly patient and considerate with what I like and don’t and I honestly think she has the patience of a saint! The whole experience was lovely and she has a heart of gold! Really looking forward to seeing the professional pictures just so I can see the dress!

The whole Ami experience is incredible!! From the initial meeting where I had a few ideas of what I wanted both the wedding and reception outfits to look like, Ami has an awesome sense of getting to know you as a person and your style effortlessly. She has an incredible eye for details and how different colours and patterns will bring an outfit to shine. She really understands what works for not only you as a personality but also your shape and curves. And she gives great new ideas too, so we managed to print a design onto the skirt which made it even more meaningful! Ami is so so lovely to get along with and have a laugh with and its been wonderful getting to know her. Even though we had some virtual covid meetings, when it came to the final viewing she completely exceeded my expectations, both outfits were amazing and so so comfortable I dont think I wanted to take them off!! On the day definitely felt like a superstar and had loads of compliments of how everything came together! She also helped with jewellery ideas and how to drape it - she's a master dress designer!!! I was recommended by Ami by my sister as she works in the wedding industry too and worked alongside Ami a few times.

I had an idea of what colour I wanted to go for my wedding dress but I wasn’t too sure on the style and embroidery I wanted.

On my first appointment Ami sketched out an amazing design for my wedding outfit that I just couldn’t say no to! Ami had a wide range of colours and material to choose from also.

I will always remember the day I picked up my outfit, me and my family were just amazed! I remember staring at my outfit thinking WOW! There is not one thing I would change about my wedding dress, it was beautiful, elegant, stunning. I was a bit worried thinking how will I cope on the wedding day but the way my outfit was designed and the material Ami used made me feel so comfortable on my wedding day.

I had non stop compliments on my wedding day from family & friends and still do to this day. Ami is truly an amazing designer, she has magic in her fingers! She also has a great team and I would 1000% recommend her to any bride out there! Ami made the process so much easy for me from start to finish, which made my life so much easier as I was planning a COVID wedding at the time.

I booked Ami to design and have made my outfit for my mendhi wedding event. Her service was so professional and she was such a delight to deal with. She clearly is extremely talented and passionate about what she does and wants to make sure you are totally comfortable and happy with everything. She kept me updated with progress, did a cotton fitting for me, showed me colour and fabric samples. The skirt for the lengha was a floral skirt and the design was in fact hand drawn and designed, so it was totally bespoke for me rather than being off a reel of premade fabric. She created a design inspired by photos I had shown her whilst still ensuring it was bespoke, adding extra special touches (such as matching fabric buttons at the back of the blouse). Quality of the outfit was phenomenal - skirt material was beautiful, blouse was fitted with proper boning and the beading work was fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend Ami. You will not be disappointed with her service, expert design eye and quality product!

I had searched many places for my main Indian bridal outfit - Ealing Road, Southall, Green street, etc but I couldn’t find anything close to what I wanted in the shops. I had a specific image in my mind!
A friend of mine recommended Ami, so I thought I’d have a consultation. I described what I wanted, and Ami heard my vision and drew it out in the most beautiful and elegant way!
I was very specific on colours and Ami has the widest range of shades I’ve seen, so I was able to choose the exact shade I imagined.
Ami was so responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, and provided me with swatches.
When I saw my bridal outfit, I felt my dream dress had become a reality! It was so beautiful and even more stunning than I could have ever imagined. Her designs and work are so unique that it’s not something you can pick up off a rack. (Also with reasonable pricing).
We then decided to use Ami for creating my husbands outfit, which used the colours and designs to match mine. It was perfect... The combination together looked stunning and I’m so glad we chose Ami to create our bridal outfits.
