Ami will make your wedding dress dreams come true!
After leaving other well known bridal boutiques disappointed, I found Ami through her Instagram page and ended up with a dress better than I could have ever imagined. Ami made the whole design process so easy and enjoyably. You can tell she has studied her craft and is an expert in knowing what shapes, fabrics and designs will work for you. She is incredibly talented!

Ami made two lenghas (Indian ceremony & reception) for my wedding in Oct 2018 and they were better than I ever could have imagined. I didn't know what exact outfits I wanted and couldn't find anything I liked in the usual Indian bridal shops, so I went to her with ideas and photos and she used those to create two bespoke outfits for me. She was great at suggesting what would work well and changed things according to what I wanted (I am very fussy), e.g. adding more and more bling! Her process is very thorough - she sketches out a design, takes note of every small detail you want in the outfit, makes a swatch for you to approve, creates a plain cotton version for fitting and then creates the final piece. I'm glad I approached Ami with enough time before my wedding date as she has a detailed timeline to match her above process and the swatches and outfits ship from India. My outfits fitted perfectly, were very comfortable to wear (not heavy and itchy) and were very good value for money. I'm really happy I went with Ami.

I found Ami really great with understanding what I wanted in my designs and brought them to life. Providing swatches and design ideas was helpful and reassuring that I could change things if I didn’t like them.
Definitely felt like I got to be involved in my design and look and Ami was there to help with more queries and last minute adjustments until I was happy with everything.

Ami made my dream wedding outfit come to life!

Ami made my dreams come true with all my outfits!! She gave me exactly what I had envisioned and I honestly could not have been happier! It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I looked forward to our appts every time, she made me feel sooo comfortable!! She’s got such an eye for design and definitely guided me to what I was looking for!! Cannot complain!! x

Ami was professional, knowledgable and a dream to work with from our first meeting. She helped bring my vision come to life and designed a unique outfit for me. I received so many compliments at my wedding. Ami was accomadating of my ideas and put forward her own ideas to create the most perfect dress.

From the moment I saw Ami's Bridal Designs come to life through many close family weddings, I just knew I was going to book her for my own wedding!

The whole experience from start to finish was super professional and most importantly very personal and customised. Designing your own wedding outfits can be daunting but Ami made sure I was happy and we both were aligned throughout the whole process which made me feel confident. Once your outfits arrive, she really does make sure they are what you envisaged and much more. I still love my outfits two years later! Since my wedding, I have recommended so many friends and they have been so happy with Ami's service and of course their gorgeous outfits!

From the very beginning she is so ready to bounce ideas around with, and really takes the time to understand what you want and gives advice based on her expertise and talent. I loved how involved I felt in every step of the process, and would get regular updates with images and pictures and always felt like I was in full control of the process.

I contacted Ami at the start of the year, Ami was very honest about time scale, as I only had 5 months. Two weeks left before the big day, and apart from seeing the print design, my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with how our outfits turned out. They were beautiful, even down to the little detail of having a matching pocket square for my husbands' outfit. Ami and her team did an amazing job!.

Ami was professional throughout and always kept in contact. I highly recommend Ami for any occasional outfits!

From the moment i had my first meeting with her i was very confident with the results.
She really is great at what she does!
What i loved about Ami is that she is just as passionate about your outfit as you are. It almost feels like shes working on her own wedding outfit!
You get to see samples of work so can tweak anything you like - which to me is the biggest deal! I am probably one of the fussiest people and would always want to change the pattern/embroidery or colour on something, so for me, Ami was a dream come true!
I can definitely see myself coming back for another outfit in the future!!

I always said I’d get my wedding outfits from London, I just never knew where from. A chance encounter with a complete stranger led me to Ami and I am so thankful!!

From the first phone call I had with her Ami was incredible and took a keen interest in my style and ideas. I was so excited to meet her and when I did was amazed at how quick she was to sketch out ideas and options - bringing my outfits to life. Ami was so great to work with and went the extra mile helping me with my jewellery choices too. I was so excited to finally try my outfits on and absolutely loved the fit. Her patience, creativity and passion for what she does is fantastic and I would highly recommend Ami to any bride to be!

I cannot say enough good things about Ami. She designed two lehengas for me: wedding and reception, and let me you, I felt like a princess. Throughout the whole designing process, she really made the effort to make sure the end results would be exactly what I wanted, and always communicated her professional opinions to make sure the outfits would turn out perfect. If you have the opportunity to work with Ami to design an outfit for your special day, I highly recommend that you do so; you will not regret it. Mind you, I live in Pittsburgh (USA) and Ami is based in London, and the distance did not deter her from doing her best work possible. The outfits were perfect and I received endless compliments. Ami, your designs made feel like the most beautiful bride and I cannot thank you enough for all of your efforts! <3

Ami did an amazing job on my bridal outfit. She was so easy to communicate with and really understood the ideas i had on what i wanted. Ami was able to incorporate everything i was looking for in my bridal lengha, as well as suggesting things i hadn’t thought of. She factored in that i lived in the midlands and was accommodating with appointments. She also took note that i was having a destination wedding and so took into account the weight of the outfit and materials best for warmer climates. Although the quality of stitching and design was excellent, the standout aspect for me was how my dress fit me like a glove. It made it flattering to wear as well as being comfortable as far as heavy indian outfits go! Thanks Ami, would definitely recommend you.

Ami was absolutely fantastic to work with. She took on my many different ideas and helped me to create the most beautiful and perfect wedding dress. It was easy to communicate with her and this helped living in Manchester. She is incredibly talented and has an amazing team working with her. I would definitely recommend Ami to anyone who would love a bespoke wedding dress made to the highest standard.

I had seen a few designers before I went to see Ami. The moment I walked in to see Ami I got this feeling that she was the one to design my reception outfit. I showed her an image of an outfit I had seen and she was out with her sketch book drawing away adding her own touch. The moment she showed me the drawing I fell in love with it everything I visioned was in the sketchbook. She made my day by making my train which was detachable.
I had to wait nearly 18 months till I finally got to see my dress and when it came it was everything and much more!
Everyone loved the dress and couldn't believe how amazing it looked..

From my initial consultation I knew she was the right person to make my dress. She has a warm and friendly personality and her passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for design really comes through. Designing my wedding outfit with Ami was one of my most favourite bits of the wedding process.

Wait for Ami to sketch your ideas and make the outfit come to life - that in itself is worth the trip to see her. She is fantastic at taking your ideas and making them come to life. She add hers own Ami sparkle to give you your dream outfit.

Ami also made the outfits for my now husband and my sister and we all received many compliments. She was so much fun to work alongside and I would love to have another Ami masterpiece in my wardrobe!

I went to Ami having seen the beautiful bridal outfits she created for a friend. I was initially intending to buy my outfits from India but changed my mind completely after my first consultation! Ami answered all my questions about the process, and I felt thoroughly reassured that my final outfit would not be something completely different! Ami designed 6 outfits for me and I received so many compliments for each outfit. Each outfit fitted exactly as I wanted it to, and the intricacy of the embroidery was more than I could have imagined. Ami brought to life what I had in my mind, and it made each outfit extra special. She also designed complimentary outfits for my husband for 3 of our wedding events and these were so beautiful. I can't recommend Ami highly enough, she took away the stress of planning outfits, making sure they fit, getting them on time, and truly it was a once in a lifetime experience. Planning my outfits was one of my favourite parts of getting married!!! Ami is very professional, friendly, and just a lovely and genuine person. She is really the only person I would go to for wedding outfits.

I always knew I'd go to Ami for my bridal outfits as she'd done such an amazing job with my older sister's bridal outfits - there was no one else I would consider!

I really appreciated how she was got a sense of my personality and my personal style which we were able to reflect in my final outfits. I was impressed by Ami's ability to take on the variety of pictures / elements I wanted, distill these and create/sketch out the outfits - particularly as both outfits were a 'non traditional' bridal outfit style so it was very difficult to find pictures of what i was after. In particular I appreciated:
- how engaged she was during our meetings to ensure that we progressed to a final stage that i was happy with
- her flexibility to amend/ try different options in the early stages (her patience! :) )
- her attention to detail
- her willingness to share her opinion if she felt i was doing something that wouldn't work or look quite right
- how she worked within my budget and was realistic with me throughout

Ami was able to help me create my dream bridal outfits- I honestly believe that no one else would've been able to create what she did with me and will be coming back if I ever need a special outfit created again! :)
