Amj had the watch i had been looking for. I had tried many of the Tudor shops but it was out if stock. It was very easy to set up the payment plan. The watch arrived within a few days. Excellent service. Buying online though, you miss out on that personal touch, having someone pamper you.

Ordered a watch on 7 to 10 day…
Ordered a watch on 7 to 10 day delivery, which is fine. I got in touch on the 8th day as it was still showing as not dispatched. I got a terse reply at first, followed by another from someone else, blaming Longines in Switzerland for the delay. I asked if they had an idea when I could expect it but I got no reply. A week later, I got an email from UPS saying they had my watch. I just feel the customer care wasn't there and if I hadn't chased them, I'd never been told why there was a delay. Their products are an investment and I feel that their customer care should reflect that more. I'm in the middle as to whether I would use them again.

I’m very sorry that your experience didn’t fully meet expectations, and I do understand your frustration regarding the delay.
Your order was placed on 21st March with an estimated 7–10 day delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, we were not informed at the time of ordering that this watch would need to be sourced from Switzerland, which caused an unexpected delay outside of our usual timescales.
In terms of communication, we did provide an update on 2nd April advising that we expected the watch to arrive with us late the following week, which it did, and it was then dispatched on 7th April as soon as it reached us. However, I do appreciate that you would have preferred more regular updates in the meantime, and that’s something we will take on board and improve.
We’re pleased to see your watch has now been delivered and hope you are enjoying it.

Poor service and even worse customer…
Poor service and even worse customer care. After enquiring how my watch strap would be adjustable to suit my wrist size and then being told what the process would be none of the instructions were followed and my watch was delivered in the wrong size. The request to delay the dispatch date due to me not being available to take delivery of the watch on the intended date was ignored and I had to rearrange delivery with the courier. All in all a very poor experience with AMJ Watches.

Not entirely sure about my purchase
Not entirely sure about my purchase.
I’m told the warranty will follow in a couple of weeks which makes it awkward to give as a gift.
It also has 2 distinct marks on the strap, one where it has been secured in the box but another further up as if it’s been worn so not sure why it would be intented in two places??

To reassure you, we are authorised dealers and only supply brand new, unworn watches sourced directly from the manufacturer. The marks you’ve noticed on the strap can occasionally occur from handling, packaging, or being secured within the presentation box, but they should not give the impression of wear, so we appreciate you highlighting this.
Regarding the warranty, this is supplied by the manufacturer and can sometimes follow shortly after delivery. We understand this may be inconvenient when purchasing as a gift, and we will take this feedback on board to better set expectations.
If you have any concerns at all with the condition of the strap, please do get in touch with us directly and we will be more than happy to resolve this for you.
Poor Customer Communication
I placed my order online 11 Mar and received an order confirmation but no info about delivery date. On 16 Mar I phoned the shop to get an update on delivery as I still had not received any info only to be informed the watch I ordered was not in stock and would take 7-10 working days to get from the manufacturer.
I believe the delay in delivery could and should have been communicated to me without me having to seek it out myself. I subsequently cancelled my order. Communication with the costumer to manage their expectation should be both a basic and key requirement.
