We didn't get off to the best start no fault of Amvia. Had a lot of set backs due to the couriers. Having said that I can't praise Amvia enough.

Matthew, Cameron and Aaron collectively moved mountains to get the service up and running.

The connection itself has been excellent, consistently fast, reliable, and with no dropouts. The performance has been seamless regardless of how many devices are connected.

Customer service also deserves a special mention. Any questions I’ve had, Matthew, Cameron or Aaron have handled them promptly and efficiently, with knowledge and guidance...Thanks again, you guys are amazing.

Overall, this has been a fantastic experience and a huge upgrade from my previous provider.

I would highly recommend Amvia to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality internet service.

Amvia successfully challenged Openreach for a records update which enabled us to get FTTP within weeks. No other provider offered to help with this after over a year of trying. Customer service has been very responsive and friendly. Openreach made an error during the installation, however, Amvia have been very proactive in getting the issue escalated with great communications back to me, the customer. Very happy so far. Highly recommended.

We have been using Amvia as our softphone provider for a few years now. They are a fantastic company to work with, always quick to provide support and assistance if needed. The software itself is easy to set up and use, and the functionality offers everything we need.

I live in Central London and BT, my previous internet provider, couldn't tell me when I would get full-fiber internet and seemed not at all interested in trying to help. Amvia was on the case from the moment I first contacted them. They were available every step of the process, which took a few months, mostly because they had to fix BT's crumbling infrastructure. Now that the job is complete the internet is blazing fast, the customer service responds very quickly, and I feel well take care of. When no one else could get the job done, Amvia was there to fix it and I couldn't be happier.

Amvia, have been great during the install of our new internet connection. They have communicated clearly and kept us up to date of what has been happening.
Any questions that we have had along the way have been answered clearly and responses have been prompt.
I would highly recommend Amvia to anyone looking for fairly priced internet connection.

Thank you for the first class support provided on our recent issue with our FTTP connection. The support agent even pre-booked a field engineer visit in anticipation of us needing one (which we did!) and all resolved very quickly.

Following a house move we were struggling to set our VOIP system up again. Turns out that over the time taken to settle in, our contract had also ended.
When we contacted Amvia for help with re -provisioning the phone, Ramaad, offred a new contract with no increased cost while connecting me with the customer service dept., where Andrew quickly resolved the problem. So, great service, promptly and cheerfully delivered, thank you both.

Excellent service, was informed of progress every step of the way. Super quick to get hold of account managers and issues resolved swiftly.

Had a good few interactions with Jamie, who was trying to sort me out with a new lease line. The guidance, advice and options provided were excellent. He followed up to ensure I had all I needed. Amvia have been nothing short of amazing, when I had initial speed issues with our leased line, they even arranged the Teams call out of office hours to ensure that the business wasn't affected and I had time to take the call.

Luke (our account manager) is always at hand for any questions I've had, went above and beyond when helping explore feasibility of IT projects in-house.
