Excellent service from start to finish. It's refreshing to find a company that cares about your best interests rather than the financial bottom line.
Great choice of products to get started. Emails all throughout keeping me up to date with the delivery of the system and amazing follow up to make sure I am a happy customer.
I even get phone calls when my internet goes down to see if they can help get me back online (internet went due to power cut in the local area).

Responsive and professional
We were with Vodafone and had phone, internet and mobiles all with them. We were being billed incorrectly, massively overcharged and the support was non-existent. Been with Amvia 6 months now and very happy that I switched everything to them.
The "bees knees" of providers.
In my opinion this company is the "bees knees" of internet access provision. I have just had "Fibre on Demand" installed by Amvia and they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They are a great company for a small trader like myself to deal with, who needs a little more than just an average connection, providing answers to all my questions and reassurances, as this process is controlled by Openreach and can be quite lengthy. The connection I have now is everything I hoped for and more.

Amvia were the only service provider who came up with a commercially viable solution. Their setup costs were four times lower than the best competitor, with 40% lower monthly costs on a sensible contract duration.
They patiently stuck with us through a nightmare 12 month "journey" to get Open Reach to provide the infrastructure to get the service in place, and kept pushing hard on our behalf, responding fast to any communication.
The service runs like a rock, with the speed and capacity exactly as promised. This was only a small contract, and they went absolutely above and beyond in customer service. And, so unusually in this sector, Amvia did exactly what they said and promised to do, both to the letter, and in spirit. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Nothing but appreciation and praise for Amvia. A tricky FTTPoD installation, involving multiple permissions, roadworks, then 'lockdown'. None of the delays were Amvia's fault, and I felt supported all the way along, like they were 'holding the reins' and knew what they were doing. Amvia are a perfect example of a professional, efficient and dedicated company that go above and beyond to deliver a consistently fantastic experience. From first contact to service handover, we were kept informed and received regular communication to reassure us that progress was being made. If you're a small company and simply don't have the time to project manage your telecoms, rest assured the provisioning team will competently see the process through.
By providing a creative, through and bespoke service, Rob and his sales team re-define what it means to move ISP's and replace the traditional complicated and long-winded process with an incredibly straight forward and self-sustaining transition that requires minimal input from the end user.
I would completely reccomend Amvia in every respect.
We needed the impossible and Amvia delivered and then continued again.
We needed the impossible when it came to a Lease Line installed in to a city centre building within 4 weeks (never heard of within 40-60 days minimum) and there was only Amvia who I felt had any chance with their relationship with the line installers who were clear, honest and capable enough to set my expectations realistically but give us at least some chance to manage the project in time for our office move (with a contingency proposal offered as a safety net).
They managed my expectations very well, and delivered above every single expectation when it came to organising installation, set up and ongoing client management whether that was 9pm, weekends or evenings you just knew they would go out of their way to get everything right and on time - all done with an afternoon to spare.
Rare it is that you find a supplier who no matter what department you are speaking to absolutely takes your interests and business as the priority over their own time and companies needs but Amvia genuinely do every single time.
Efficiently provided us with a Gigabit service
Provided us with a Gigabit service with no hassle whatsoever at a good price. The whole experience from initial enquiry to provisioning went very smoothly and on time. In fact, Amiva could have got the service in much earlier than we could accomodate but happily worked to our delayed schedule.
During the whole process, contact with Amiva has been very easy and the staff have been very knowledgeable - no waiting times at all on phone calls and always getting direct contact with the staff we needed to talk to.
Exceptional customer service
Amvia were excellent throughout the entire installation process, and we are very happy with the performance of our leased line and VOIP service. As a non-IT expert, we were particularly impressed with the way their customer service team was able to explain the product and process in a very simple way.
