Responsive customer service with a couple of bumps in the installation process that were sorted out in reasonable time. 1gig leased fibreline.

I am happy that I switched to Amvia. They provide quality service that you can trust. Very good communication, no hidden "surprises", reliable and responsible. They go extra mile to accommodate the client's requirements. Really nice to see a company that cares about their customers' satisfaction.

I have been using Amvia for a number of months now, they provided us with our Fibre On Demand service. Extremely happy with management of the project and deployment of the service, since its installation things have run with no issues. Our current VoIP solution was lacking with features and silly issues would cause problems.I decided it was time to move the VoIP service as well, Amvia have provided me an excellent solution and service. The team are helpful and will make changes for me, this allows PK Networks to provide our service to clients as needed. I would recommend AMVIA for both Leased Lines and VoIP they deliver.

We used Amvia for a new Leased Line.
They have been excellent to deal with from the start to completion, providing regular updates at every stage of the process via a single point of contact who did not simple pass the buck.
Even when contractors created issues, Amvia pushed hard for solutions and I seriously doubt we would have had the new line installed had it not been for Amvia.
Would recommend them without hesitation.

Installation went very smoothly and was a lot quicker than expected, which was marvellous. We were kept up to date with all stages of the installation.

I had an excellent experience with Amvia, They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of setting up our lease line.

They were very reasonable with there pricing and they went above and beyond with the service provided.

We have been very impressed in our dealings with Amvia.
Having suffered with slow internet speeds despite being in the city centre, we were told by other companies that we would need to get either a leased or private line, which was a much more expensive option. Amvia advised that we could get a load balancing router instead, providing a more 'budget friendly' option, which would help improve our internet speeds. Amvia were quick to send out an engineer to fix an initial fault that we had with the line and were able to provide technical support over the phone when setting up the router. We are very happy that our internet speed is now much improved. We would highly recommend Amvia to others based on our experiences with them

We contacted Amvia when we needed to upgrade our internet connectivity and improve our internal phone systems. From the off, Amvia were incredibly communicative and helpful. We needed our hands holding throughout the process and Amvia went above and beyond to support us. Each member of the team we dealt with all showed very high levels of professionalism and were friendly which was a bonus! Now the systems are in place we really couldn't be happier, our business runs more smoothly and Amvia are on hand to help us to continue to develop. We really highly recommend them.

Seamless experience from start to finish, even BT were excellent! Radaam explained everything in detail, more than once, and delivered. We now have an internet service that is fast and reliable.

Despite having months of delays due to our landlords bureaucracy, and then later moving offices (halfway through our order with Amvia), They stood by and did absolutely everything they could to keep it moving. Amvia were frankly the best company I've ever worked with regarding communications and customer service, we were constantly getting extremely detailed updates about order progress and were never in the dark about anything as far as they could control it. Our line went live a few days ago, and it's everything we needed, from a B2B perspective, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Amvia recently installed our new phone system and the team were absolutely brilliant. There was very little disruption to our phone service and the engineers carrying out the works were very professional. I would strongly recommend using Amvia to anyone thinking of getting a new phone system or broadband installed. It is very refreshing to see that there are still some good and honest companies out there.

We've had great service from Amvia.
No problems with our leased line at all and when there have been disconnections out with their control, we've been notified within minutes, sometimes before we are aware of a problem.

The service provided by Amvia has been exemplary from start to finish.

The initial switch over to Amvia for both our phone lines and internet services for all of our sites was always going to be a big job as we moved to much more modern technology. Amvia provided great personal support along the way with many tweaks to our new system for a full bespoke feel that we wanted for our company. From the first initial contact to today with our completed phone and internet package, I am pleased to say that we continue to enjoy the customer service provided by the Amvia team. If you have any thoughts about the daunting task of upgrading your phone and internet system to the latest technology, I would highly recommend Amvia, we met quite a few businesses in this field along the way and nobody was as prompt and supportive to our needs as Amvia.

These guys have been very helpful from the beginning of the process of discovering what I need / what's available, through to installation. Highly recommend!
