Friendly, very helpful and determined not to let the customer buy any more capacity than necessary. So refreshingly different to the 'big boys'. After the excellent before and after service we received with an EoFTTC supply, we are now going ahead with a SIPS service.

Reliable connectivity, great customer care
Amvia bent over backwards to get our leased line operational after a number of local infrastructure problems. The line has proven to be reliable and a great addition to our on-site connectivity. We are very happy with their customer care, helping us professionally and promptly from sales to after-care. No hard-sell, just good service, a tailored solution at a competitive price point that was just right for our needs and someone at the end of the phone or email to answer our questions. Highly recommended.

Amvia a breath of fresh air
Fineline VAR have recently been acquired by the Fineline Group and as part of the integration process I saw the need to upgrade our current lease line. I went to market and was overwhelmed with the many providers able to provide us a lease line along with the many options of line types on offer.
After making contact with a few providers I quickly found that I was being offered lots of quotes but no actual solutions. Then I found Amvia!
I found the sales process with Amvia to be a very professional one offering expert solutions to meet my needs. I found the quotation from Amvia far superior to any competitors, it was clear and concise and outlined the options that we could take in an easy-to-read format. I had excellent conversations with Amvia about what we currently had and how to realise our full potential. I ordered a 100/100 Mbps line and had high expectations of installing the line quickly and Amvia delivered.
The installation process was met with excellent communication from the provisioning team all along the way. I knew exactly what day and time an engineer would arrive which coincided with the engineer also calling to confirm arrival times for the site inspection and then installation process. The whole process was a breath of fresh air and I have found the connection speed to be the best I have ever experienced. It made the integration process with our new parent company very seamless and ahead of plan because of the quick installation of the line by Amvia.
