Good service and communications would recommend

From the first sales pitch to today, our experience with Amvia has been nothing but perfect. They have handled a complex setup involving urgently installing broadband in a new office due to be moved into in just weeks while simultaneously orchestrating a leased line installation to be available just a few weeks after moving in. This has all be done with complete care, and we have felt like a valued customer and important throughout. A special mention goes out to Aaron and Nayim, who have been just a phone call away throughout our experience with Amvia, and have given us no reason to suggest this will be any different now that our installation is complete. Overall, we'd have no hesitation in fully recommending Amvia.

We have been a customer of Amvia for around six months. We received a very competitive quote to move from our previous leased line provider and the migration process was incredibly smooth. We have since found them to be accommodating, helpful and very quick to respond to support queries.

We have received a superb service from Amvia and would strongly recommend them to everyone. Calling from a small business needing multiple business lines coming through to a reception phone and not having much understanding of telecoms, the team at Amvia took the time to explain it to me in laymen terms and I was 100% confident with what I was signing for.

After many weeks of searching for a provider for Broadband and VoIP we came across Amvia. ICE had been landed with a ridiculous deadline to find and setup a new office in Coventry for the 1st April. At this point ICE where under the impression that it would be impossible to open new premises at the other side of the country and start a service within a 2 week period, bear in mind we also have the Easter break to factor in.

Amvia where true to their word. Understood all our requirements, managed and liaised with third-party provided, whiles provided ICE with all the Hardware and training needed. Which included, a newly fully functioning VoIP system, Telephones and live broadband (with a 4G fail-over SIM) all in time for the 3rd of April.

Amvia provided ICE with a cost-effective solution with Excellent customer services and support. We found that Amvia where always there to help with any problems with minimal lost of service.

We've been using Amvia over the past 3 years and I must say that the quality of service that has been provided by Amvia has been excellent. We haven't had any issues with the fibre or EFM connectivity provided by Amvia.

Looking forward to many more years of seamless and quick connectivity.

A great service from the early stages of planning through to activation and use of the new system.

Bernhard & Co had two leased lines with Amvia that we have been very happy with for the past 3 years. Our old phone system needed replacing and so we decided to go with their VoIP solution. The installation and switch over has been pretty seamless and stress-free, we've had great support, and the mobile, tablet and desktop calling apps are perfect for our international salespeople, which was one of the key drivers for moving this way. Very impressed.

They go above and beyond to help, you never get given the run-around, and the price is good.

Having been ignored by almost every other provider I had contacted, it is my pleasure to thank Amvia staff for the outstanding customer service they have provided. Having worked with Amvia to provision FTTC, ADSL and telephony systems for a new site, I can recommend them without reservation.

From the initial discussions around customer requirements, through the ordering process, provision of connectivity and, finally, follow-up work (w/ minor troubleshooting), they have proven a proactive, knowledgeable and friendly partner.

As an IT professional, they have jumped to the top of my list for reliable connectivity providers and I will look to work with them whenever other clients have similar connectivity requirements.

I decided on Amvia due mainly to the price quoted, which was cheaper than any other City Fibre quote I received.

Our installation was not the easiest, due to issues getting the fibre line into our building. This was not down to Amvia, but down to a 3rd party, however Amvia kept me fully in the loop, with regular updates and also provided an alternative means of connectivity until our internet connection went live.

I have been through a lengthy implementation of a PWAN / MPLS solution, releasing internet connections from 4 sites and creating an MPLS solution with AMVIA.
I have never dealt with a company that were so "on the ball" and informative along every stage of the process. We hit several issues along the way but we worked together and overcame them easily. I would recommend this business to anyone and I am looking forward to a long and rewarding company relationship.

We have several services supplied by Amvia across the UK and have been working with them for the past few years. Amvia's pricing is extremely competitive. Their sales team are friendly and approachable but more importantly, Amvia's aftersales and support is second to none. We were extremely impressed with the turnaround time, level of service and feedback provided during the installation process.

Amvia have been very professional and focused on helping us right from the initial sale through our subsequent office move. They have provided clear communication and responded quickly to all the changes on our side. Our account manager has acted as our consultant finding and suggesting approaches to us. It has been a fantastic experience working with them.

After treading slowly through a minefield of misinformation what a refreshing and welcome change it was to deal with Amvia.

Firstly they made sure they understood my business needs which were not what I thought!

Secondly they advised on a range of solutions giving clarity of what performance I could expect and at what cost.

Thirdly they advised on the most appropriate solution and saved me around £200 per month by doing so. £5000 saving over a two year contract.
