Amvia
Amvia, as a company, are led by values: customer service, never-say-defeat-attitude, understanding the importance of their service to the client, whether large or small. This is rare. A special thanks to a first class member of the Amvia team must be highlighted - Andrew Brailsford
I have used Amvia for over 6 years
I have used Amvia for over 6 years, their level of service is second to none and prices are always very competitive, and in my experience usually less than their competitors.
Their support team are always on hand for any issues that may arrive, and always keep you update.
Customer service is exceptional
After lots of research and obtaining multiple quotes we decided to place our order for a 100/1Gb leased line with backup through Amvia.
Nayim went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service (and price) and we were kept up to date through every step of the provision. We will now be placing further orders for our other sites with Amvia. Customer service is exceptional.

I need static IP address my current supplier said their could supply me one but after waiting 3 months it wouldn't work.
I contacted Nayim & it was sorted very quickly now i have what i need excellent service.
Fast and trustworthy
We are a business and Nayim and his team were great at delivering us a leased line fast. The team is speedy to respond to any questions and a pleasure to deal with after we had some unfortunate experiences in the past with our suppliers.
Excellent service - Very supportive for start ups
Being a start-up business, we spoke with a lot of suppliers and individuals. Nayim was excellent and went above and beyond to be helpful and provide information for the services needed, even suggesting a fitter to support internal equipment install. The support team are equally brilliant and was on hand for set up and queries to support opening. The system, since installation has been faultless and we are very happy
Everyone went above and beyond to…
Everyone went above and beyond to resolve issues which were caused solely by Openreach, there was several issues with Openreach and Amvia was the only service provider who took the time to resolve them with me. In the end they managed to help. A lot better service than one of the big high street names
Efficient and expert service
I was messed around by another provider who didn't manage to install after nearly 18 months of effort... and came across Amvia. Very smooth sales process by Nayim, who really knew his stuff, and we signed up two sites for leased lines. Fully expect this to resolve all my reliability problems, thanks guys.

Ordered a new internet line
Ordered a new internet line. Nayim Razzaq from the sales team was brilliant throughout, ensuring that we and the client we represented were kept updated throughout. 5 stars!
Always count on Amvia's team
Can always count on Amvia's team, amazing support, thank you!
Amvia genuinely seems to care about customer service
I've been happy with Amvia, from first order to support and even the cancellations team who were very helpful, reasonable and flexible when I wanted to terminate. e.g. There was a technical issue with my original fibre set up and BT Openreach and BT Wholesale were passing the buck between each other but Amvia doggedly stuck at it to get it resolved for me. I really felt the Amvia tech support individual genuinely cared. I'm switching from business to a residential service as it has more of the bells and whistles thrown in and appears to have more seamless and comprehensive solutions and support for inexperienced individuals (consumers/families) like me battling to deal with wifi dead zones with everyone in the household looks to me to sort out(!) and whole home coverage which I wasn't really feeling from Amvia hence the four stars but to be fair I originally chose Amvia for its business grade service not for a residential service which I now want.
Beware - Untrustworthy
We recently ordered a FTP 115/20MB service, for 12 months, costing £67.25 per month. This was for a rural property that we were in the process of buying, but only bought after Amvia confirmed, after double checking, that they could offer the service. We have emails from their sales team checking in to see if our home purchase had gone through so we could process the sales order.
And then it goes wrong - despite having a signed contract from them committing to the service, they then realized they have more work to do to be able to offer the service. They / their data base, messed up, but rather than accept and fix it, they initially sought to cancel our agreement and when told this wasn't good enough, have now said we can lease a line costing £250 per month (vs. £67.25 ) and commit to a 36 month contract (v 12 months) and after the survey has been done, we would pay for any cost which might run into the £'000s! But, hey if you don't want to go ahead after that, I can cancel!
I get it, mistakes happen, and it will cost them to fix it, but having contracted to this service, that cost is on them, not me! We are hugely out of pocket, have a home without internet, contractually they are obligated to provide the service and they have a solution, it just costs money that they won't spend.
I have given them written notice of all the above and they basically have shrugged their shoulders!
Beware
UPDATE - SEE REVIEW ON DEC 13TH FROM SOMEONE ELSE. VERY SIMILAR ISSUE!!!
A total waste of my time
A total waste of my time. Their online system clearly showed availability to my premises of "up to 1000 Mbps" so I went ahead and ordered (and paid for!) a 160Mbps service. I then had to chase them up to find out what was happening only to be told that they can't actually supply anything better than 16-20 Mbps to my premises. They were clearly able to see this in seconds when I spoke to them so why did they claim they could do it and why did they need to take my money before looking at it properly? What an absolute bunch of time wasters.
UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE - You are completely missing the point if you think the wasted time I referred to relates to the few minutes it took you to process a refund. There is fibre at the cabinet less than 100 metres from my premises but I’m struggling to find a supplier that can actually run an overhead cable from there to the premises even though this is something that I’m willing to pay for. I found your company several months ago and having taken the process right to the point that it asked for payment, I believed I had found a supplier that could provide the connection. Having solved that problem, I waited until the (new build) premises was ready and then went ahead with the order including payment. At that point you were able to tap into your system and see instantly that you couldn’t provide a useable connection. So firstly, the amount of my time that you wasted was measurable in months not minutes, and secondly as you were able to instantly confirm that you couldn’t provide this service after taking my money you should have been equally able to confirm this before taking it. You need to sort your IT systems out and only offer products for sale what you are actually able to deliver.

A happy customer!
Recently used Amvia for our charity's phone system. We'd had a bad experience with a previous provider so we were a bit cautious but Amvia were a breath of fresh air. They got everything set up quickly and were responsive to our queries. The system works perfectly and they have been a pleasure to deal with
What an amazing helpful company
Wow, these guys rock. The only company in the UK that managed to bring Fibre to my house, they did things not even Openreach could do. A battle that they won took almost 6 months, but we have fibre in our street.
If you need a provider who goes the extra mile then Amvia are the guys for you
Never felt so harrassed in my life
Never felt so harrassed in my life! Visited various companies on the internet in relation to broadband availability and pricing. Was asked postcode and email address and since then, have had no less than 4 emails from a Luke Krelle trying to get my contact number to sell me broadband! Is this company that desperate for business that they have to stoop to harrassment. I have now had to block their email address to get piece!!!

What a brilliant company.
What a brilliant company.
These guys don't rest until they get you sorted completely, I proposed a tough challenge, and they stuck with me at every step.
Nayim was brilliant in helping me find a solution that was right for me and the support offered by Andrew was unbeatable, if he is anything to go by then you really wont find better support... anywhere.
Cant fault this company.
Thank you so much.
AMIVA Amazing service
We used AMIVA as our internet provider at another premises a couple of years ago. We moved premises last in May 2021, but unfortunately we didn't have fibre to the premises and ended up with SIM card service.
I contacted AMIVA to investigate if we could have FTP at our new offices. They were amazing, it took some time with delays usually occurring around Open Reach, but we are now up and running with a fantastic service.
Emailed AMIVA today with a query regarding guest internet for use by our clients when visiting the office. Within 5 mins of the email being sent, it was set up and working.
The service from AMIVA in every aspect is second to none. Would definitely recommend them as an internet provider.
Above and beyond
Tom went above and beyond to go though all possible services that were available in my area, also spent multiple days contacting both openreach and OFNL to see what was possible, where other providers would not even give a pricing model.
A Pleasure to Deal With
We live in the sticks and after years of little to no service we had full fibre broadband installed under the government gigabit voucher scheme. We were sent a list of suppliers and spent a long time researching them. Some of the companies we’d already used in the past at our current and former addresses but there were a few new names. I phoned one that had great reviews and the call went to voicemail - twice!
We finally chose Amvia partly because of the five star reviews but mostly because of how professional they are. It has been a pleasure dealing with a company that really cares about customer service. I should point out that most of their reviews on here are from businesses whereas we are home users. I know we could get a cheaper service but the service we’ve had so far makes the extra money more than worth it. We’ve had to call them twice - both occasions not their fault. The first time was due to a faulty installation by Openreach who had to come back and remedy it.The second time was user error and they fixed it remotely in minutes!!!
With two of the providers we used in the past (long-established household names) it was not unusual to wait up to an hour for a reply having to listen to the same songs on repeat. I don’t know whetherAmvia has hold music because someone always picks up within seconds. They are unfailingly helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with.
