Amazing service from Andrew! From start to finish, we were kept informed and made what could have been a very stressful process, incredibly easy. Being first time buyers we were a bit unsure of the process but Andrew went through everything in detail, what to expect, and even gave us a call to discuss high level findings prior to receiving the report. The report itself was fantastic and really helped us make an informed decision about the property (which we have since completed on YAY!)

We have used Andrew on two surveys in the last 6 months. Andy’s knowledge, professionalism was amazing in our dealings with him. I recently required a Help to Buy Valuation for my house sale, so I completed a "Find a Surveyor" form online as I wasn't sure how to go about it. Many surveyors don't offer this exact survey type. Within seconds of submitting the form, Andrew called me personally to discuss my needs and what I was required to do. From that moment and throughout the valuation process, Andrew and Josh were nothing but kind and helpful. They made this part of my sale very straightforward - everything was efficient and thorough.

We discussed a property with him, but we were uncertain about the property, so Andrew offered his professional advice and also offered to provide a survey for us. Great personal service with early communication and pre visit site guide that was useful.Simple booking of visit date and time and a brilliant verbal briefing after the visit to help you relax and manage any particular areas identified, before the report arrived. The report itself was excellent, comprehensive, easily laid out and key facts and costs identified. excellent use of images and drone footage to help you understand the areas identified. Despite having serious issues identified at the property the service and report helped us process the information and make the correct decisions. Despite our disappointment of the findings we believe this to be great value for money and essential to make sure your purchase goes ahead smoothly. Highly recommend

An interesting and informative report. Previously we have only had building society surveys completed. This was a much more comprehensive document. Would definitely not buy a house again without a survey from Andrew.

Excellent communication from Andrew and Josh as to how the level 3 survey would progress, and what to expect during and after. The report is through with photographs and drone images to support the written text. Andrew is willing to offer further explanation of findings after the inspection, but I felt no need for this as everything was covered by his visit and report. What a great team, would recommend them highly, and value their friendly professional approach.
