I placed an order on the 24th of November. Half of the order has arrived, but still awaiting the other half. I tried to make contact with the shop, once they said it’s going to be here by next week. Still nothing, so tried to make contact with them and ask for full refund. Now no answer whatsoever on the 14th of December.

There's lots of 5* reviews all left around same date in September 2022 (really so many left a 5* same date.....questionable after I had such negative experience days later if they're actually customers or friends )
I enquired twice about a vase I was interested in and had no reply but Annie Mos was only retailer who had it in stock.
It arrived with a brown tide mark to top and in a mouldy box.
I sent emails and images and they never replied,so I had to contact PayPal for help.
They never replied either to PayPal throughout ,but PayPal have just decided the partial refund I requested in my favour.
I wouldn't order again as item wasn't perfect as should have been and customer service was non existent.

Always great service both in store and online. Good variety of products too

Lovely & friendly shop to stroll about. Bought a number of items from the website and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Postage was very reasonable, delivered quickly & delighted with the quality.
A must if your visiting Aberdeen.

I have shopped in Annie mo’s for many years and love the shop! All the staff are lovely and very obliging! I recently ordered an item that was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks but actually took 3 weeks! I was told I could collect at any time but that day it was delivered and I stay over30 miles away!

Annie Mo’s has been a place where I continue to buy from, I have been buying from them for years! Everything from sofas to dining tables to accessories and I have never been disappointed, I would highly recommend their products and customers service, I hope to continue to buy from them for many more years, thank you for making my house a home,

Beautifully presented store with lots and lots of lovely items (large and small) to select from. Great range and well priced for great quality. Visiting over Christmas is a must. Online shop used once but personally I just love to go in and browse around.

Contacted Annie Mo's regarding a dining suite that i was trying to sourse at a number of different retailers. Annie Mo's were really accomodating and were able to sourse the set and even offered to lend us a bench until the bench came in stock. They contacted the supplier and eventually they didnt need to lend us a bench as they could get this in stock to come with the dining table. The dining set was just as described and they were really helpful and delivering next day to Yorkshire after it arrived with them in time for our house move. Annie Mo's are also trying there best to source a white wash to help reinstate the colour of the table after excessive cleaning due to having a toddler.
One the whole very happy and would have give a 5 star but they could have kept me in the loop a little better and had to chase a couple of times for answers to questions etc.

I have ordered multiple items from Annie Mo’s from lamps, pictures, mirrors , ornaments , candles , jewellery, cushions plus so much more.
The staff are so lovely , helpful and patient, listening to what I need and suggesting solutions. If not in stock , they will order especially for me … brilliant .
I love going into the shop for a browse , never leave empty handed ,or looking on the website . Nothing is too much trouble for ghe staff , I phone if can’t get in and my needs are met . Can’t praise them enough . My favourite shop .

Although Annie Mo's is full of lovely furniture and accessories i would not recommend purchasing anything unless you can take it away from the shop that day!!!

I placed an order for a sofa back in January with the promise of a 14-16 week delivery time (in line with competitors). 27 weeks later i am still waiting for a sofa i have been paying for, for 7 months to arrive!

I have continually called and emailed, not once has anyone at Annie Mo's contacted me to discuss a delay or anything they could do in the mean time. If i did not chase weekly i would have no idea the latest status.

Their poor customer service, communication and failure to deliver is unacceptable.
When i have raised this with them i am always met with the response 'we are a small outfit & that they can only pass on what their suppliers tell them' perhaps naivety but i thought small outfits were known for better customer service? I appreciate current unprecedented environment but nothing about my experience has been acceptable and the lack of communication embarrassing.

I Will not be ordering anything from them again and hope my experience is shared more widely so others do not have to experience the same thing.

Love Annie Mo's, always fantastic service and such lovely friendly staff. I would buy the whole shop if I could as its so me and my style! My mum & I always plan a visit now & then, especially at Christmas. Online is easy and handy also with a lot of purchases made over the pandemic with great quick local delivery. Don't ever leave us Annie Mo's!

Staff are super friendly and always happy to help, quality of items is second to none & we just love everything about this local family run business.

Great store with lovely things but the after sales customer service is terrible, once they have your money they are not interested.

Brilliant customer service from Annie Mo’s. I chose to collect my order from the store but had been struggling to get there. To my surprise, the order was hand delivered to my house today (40 miles away) just because they were in the area. Very much appreciated (especially when our house is hard to find!) Many thanks.

I ordered two pictures from Annie Mos after seeing them online at a very competitive price.......then I read the awful reviews on here about non-supply of goods etc, and I wasn’t inspired by confidence. I needed a third one, but was reluctant to order until my first two arrived. I was told they would be in stock in ten days time and then despatched to me. After the ten days had elapsed, they hadn’t arrived, so I rang and spoke to the sales assistant who assured me they had been sent. ......they had, but there was some sort of mix up with the courier so they were slightly late arriving.
Pictures are lovely, so ordered a third one which arrived two days later.
All in all, good experience.

So, i have to start this review by saying it took 15 weeks to receive 2 dining chairs ( originally a 10-12 week lead in) and in the first instance we were sent the wrong set. HOWEVER I have to say that the comms with Claire in resolving the issue and sending the correct chairs was dealt with efficiently and professionally, and with apologies, with the correct set arriving just a few days after the wrong ones. I think delays with shipments are inevitable at present as a result of COVID ( having the same issue with wardrobes from John Lewis!), as well as shops being closed and staff being furloughed, all adds to the challenges being faced
The chairs themselves are exactly what was described and the picture on the website a true representation of what we received, are very sturdy and stylish and arrived very well packaged
So not a perfect experience but in the current climate I think we have received a good service and would use Annie Mo's again as they have a great selection of items
