Great Service!!!

I have a solo law practice in Missisisppi and have limited staff. Answering Legal has been a life saver in allowing me to get all of my incoming calls answered timely and efficiently. The screeners are very courteous and respectful to our clients. The additional added feature of text and email notification is also a plus. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing reasonable answering services.

I have been using Answering Legal for…

I have been using Answering Legal for over 5 years. To my recollection there have been very few hiccups or missteps. What I like most is there quick response to any questions or concerns I may express. As to clients, I can't remember when I have had a complaint by any of my clients or prospective clients regarding their service.

I’m very happy with this company

I've been using this service for over…

I've been using this service for over three years. Their personnel are polite and well-trained, and convey my messages accurately. I have also received several compliments from my clients as to the courtesy extended by the persons answering my calls. A very responsive, solid service!

A Happy Customer

My experience with them after about a year and a half is almost totally good. Though from New York, my southeast Texas clients think that they're being helped by southern ladies and the occasional gentleman. Like me, they are on duty 24/7. I find their prices most reasonable. Highly recommended.
