All customer service agent’s terrible experience should be banned from business no customer service takes money from you and then tells to fork up more money disgusting how this people can still operate reporting them to relevant authorities hopefully they will be shutdown soon

Check the reply from you guys I did not booked it as I am no fool I chat on your chat and then they called me and changed the price
Trustpilot do not remove this because this is true I was lucky did not fell in trap let people know what this website is doing

I had very bad experience with Antic trip

I had very bad experience with Antictrip since booked flights with my family online with them. First of all after my booking didn’t receive booking confirmation and I contacted them and said need to wait 24 to 48 hours for confirmation. They contacted me after 24 hr saying my flight on standby and that flight was on promotion offer no longer available and need to pay extra £320 to book for my flights. I had to do pay that since my holiday was starting soon. Very bad experience and never will book flights with that company and not recommended for anyone.

I usually don’t resort to writing…

I usually don’t resort to writing reviews however the thought of anybody else going through the same experience with Antictrip when trying to book a family holiday/flights, doesn’t bear thinking of.

Unfortunately I didn’t check Trustpilot beforehand, as my experience echos a lot of what has already been mentioned. The initial flights advertised at a certain price was not something they could fulfil for all passengers which resulted in them sending an email asking for an extra £900 to book the remaining three passengers.

As I refused to pay the additional amount, I maintained they needed to honour the price or action a refund. After a lot of back and fourth, they 'agreed' to refund the full amount within a email confirmation on 8 May 2024, quoting a time scale of 7-10 working days.

I'm currently on hold (And have been for the last 15 minutes) whilst speaking to them over the phone (Agent confirmed they are Deli based) awaiting the promised refund. As you can imagine, flight prices have changed a lot and will continue to do so until I get the refund and have the money to book new flights.

Please, if not for your sanity alone, book elsewhere

July 2024 update -

After being contacted several times regarding this review, I was promised a discount/voucher for the flights I needed for a family holiday. Against my better judgement, flights were booked for the dates needed which were followed by Airbnb and car hire reservations in line with those dates.

However, having checked flight details on Emirates a few days later, it was no longer a relevant booking reference 6 days before we were due to fly. I contacted Emirates who confirmed it was cancelled the agents side. I followed this up with Akash (Who likes to use the name Ashley) several times over the following two days which resulted in him disputing what Emirates confirmed. He then outlined that the original flights were no longer available and he couldn’t do anything but refund the payment. So now 3 days before we were due to fly, we had accommodation booked, transport booked but no flights which resulted in last minute flights being booked elsewhere costing more money.

Akash was only mindful of the review either being edited to show a positive experience or being removed totally. No sense of acknowledgement for the inconvenience caused nor any accountability for the unprofessionalism on their part. Having read previous reviews, I’m sure the company will respond to this either advising to contact a support email address or outlining a revised version of what occurred.

Please avoid.
