For last 1 and half month I’m waiting for your confirmation
The ticket that you provided have 30 KG luggage and the original ticket given by airline company don’t have any baggage allowance. For last 45 days your guys asking time for sort it out but no response.

You are treating your customers like a slaves

No option to contact your teams , emails are not working, phone number always busy mode

Please avoid…ongoing harassment

I am writing to share an update on a recent review that my partner submitted regarding this company.
We endured a battle of several weeks for our funds to be returned to our credit card account (I believe we were fortunate)

However, my partner subsequently posted a review of our experience, which was reported by AnticTrip and attempted to be removed. Trustpilot, recognizing the honesty of the review, restored it.

Since then, Antictrip has been persistently contacting me daily, requesting that we remove the review. I have repeatedly declined their requests, citing the harassment nature of their communications.

Today, they attempted to contact me via WhatsApp, reiterating their demands and even accusing me of harassment over the phone - after calling me once again when they were not satisfied with my replies in the text messages.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to the appalling treatment they provide.
If they had just left us alone, I would not have felt the need to post this.

Hi, I do not appreciate your reply as this is not relating to the refund I am still waiting for since April!!!!
I am waiting for a full refund due to you cancelling my flight the evening before I was due to fly to India. Transfers had all been booked and paid for and my son was waiting for me in India. The fact that Ria asked for my bank details to refund, but still never received, is the reason why now I have taken legal action. Ria does not reply to emails.

Refund update

So after 1 month of waiting, countless phone calls, countless fake promises of dates and being hung up on! I finally received my money back! This was with threats of speaking to trading standards and others alike!

I have been called a number of times to take down my previous bad review, to which I said no! Even had to tell them that all phone calls will now be recorded and sent to the police!

Please, anyone who is thinking about booking through this “company” please don’t! They really are a bunch of clowns!

Refund update

If you are waiting on a refund then please read…
I am here to put your mind at rest, after reading everyone’s reviews on this shambles of a company. I am delighted this morning to see the money has been transferred back to my credit card!! I could not believe it. We have been arguing with them for a while now, calling and emailing constantly. We were being continuously told to WAIT! Which was becoming quite frustrating because it shouldn’t take as long as it did for us to get our refund. So I’m hoping everyone else is as lucky as we have been to get our money back.
Good luck… I 100% wont ever be booking with this company again and I’ll be sure to make others aware of them as well.

Used this company for first time (not a scam company)

Hello used this company for first time booked straight away then see reviews and straight away I thought they was a scam so I tried every avenue to cancel but after speaking to my bank they advised me they are genuine, so I trusted and glad I did cause they did at first say they can only get certain flights but after awhile they managed to get a flight out of Heathrow and land back at Gatwick as Gatwick is closer to me. We had no hiccups at all all went well and was informed and kept up to date with the booking right up till we left for our holiday, definitely use them again

Booked long-haul flights and money went out of account straight away. Got a telephone call straight after saying there was no seats left on flight and they were looking at alternative flights. After 4 days still no flights and asked for a refund and 10 days later still no refund. Tried to email them back from a previous conversation and the email address is no longer available or the contact number.

Got my refund back

I had to cancel my tickets because one if the had a misspelled name on it. Contacted the airlines and they said I have to ask the travel agency to correct the name as I booked through them. They refused to change the name and I had to cancel the tickets. Waiting for a refund now. Keep giving me new dates and now I have been waiting for 14 days and still no refund.
I am updating my review now. Received my refund. Thanks to Tanya. She was helpful and gave me the information. I was very stressed before that but she made sure I got my refund.

The worst company i ever came across…

The worst company i ever came across and please be away from their scams. I booked my tickets and then received an email stating this is not a confirmation for your ticket.. and later received a call saying I have to pay nearly £500 more for each ticket. Would have costed much cheaper if I booked with the airlines directl rather than these scammers. Still waiting for my refund amount.its been more than two weeks and been promised to refund my money but still haven’t received any refund. I will file a complaint about the company if I don’t get any response and my money back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY


If I can give negative star I would do immediately!

They are just scams with fake air ticket price which airline can’t actually offer ! They won’t tell you those ticket price are not guarantee or not even selling by the airline before you pay . They will route you to buy other higher price tickets after you paid ! That’s how the trick they play !

If you insist the refund instead to follow their other ticket recommendations , they will call you directly and pretending refund you and send you refund email “confirm” about this , however , there is nothing comes out for more than one month after received their “refund email.” Moreover , There are NO PROVE for their refund action and they won’t send you any prove regarding the refund evidence even we have request many times so ,

Stay away from this company at all cost !!

We are considering to take further action if we still get no return for the refund shortly!

Finally , I can provide evidence on this if you pretend don’t find my case !

As noted, there was no error on our side. Unfortunately, your flight was not confirmed by Air India. We processed a full refund of £3,105.64 the following day, and we shared a screenshot confirming the transaction. The refund was immediate; at no point did we indicate it would take up to 21 working days.

We understand that both you and Salesh have requested compensation of £300. However, given the circumstances, we believe additional compensation is not warranted, as we fulfilled our obligations promptly by processing your refund.
