As noted, there was no error on our side. Unfortunately, your flight was not confirmed by Air India. We processed a full refund of £3,105.64 the following day, and we shared a screenshot confirming the transaction. The refund was immediate; at no point did we indicate it would take up to 21 working days.

We understand that both you and Salesh have requested compensation of £300. However, given the circumstances, we believe additional compensation is not warranted, as we fulfilled our obligations promptly by processing your refund.

We booked flight for my family of 9

We booked flight for my family of 9, they deducted £3100 and advised to wait 24-48 hours for ticket. I called them after 48 hours and they your booking is not confirmed and refund will be 21 working days which is 1 month .i called them many many times but no one bother which is sign of fraud

Must avoid it or will loose money

Make sure you do not use this company…

Make sure you do not use this company at all costs. The cheek to as me to delete my review when I went to hell and back with these people. Horrible service and I was promised compensation which I never got because the person who promised it me just never turned up to work after that LOOL. These guys will lie through there teeth take your money not book your flights and leave you in a worse of position. I am still waiting for my compensation because I had to pay £200 more due to this company saying give us 48 hours we will honour your flight tickets to then being told that my flight isn’t booked after me paying them 3 days prior. If I was you who is reading this DO NOT BUY OF THESE go to EDreams they are so much better and a proper company who care about their customers.. I booked on 4th October and got my refund today 1st November. After I had gone and returned from holiday. Horrible people horrible services and to much lies. I was promised a call from a manager so many times. I am still waiting.

Update:- I have just tried speaking to them to which the women said I am not allowed to speak or say anything. Then I am accused of being a scammer which is unheard of as I am a customer and their are the business. Reyan the women has been so horrible to me and ended up cutting me of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update 2- I have just had a call from Sarah at antic trip who has blamed me for everything and is not willing to help she has shouted at me for 15 minutes calling me a liar. Please for the love of god do not use this company at all. They will take your money then ask you for more money. Best thing to do is go to EDreams who have a great customer service and give your flights straight away. Antic trip will hold your money and not give you any flights then when you ask for compensation because they messed you about they will put all the blame on the customer. My biggest mistake was to go to antic trip and which I have learned now and will never go to them ever again. I want everyone to know what a bad horrible dishonest company this is.

As below the reply from antic trip is that I am to blame and I should take down the review which I will not. Do not use them they will blame you and take forever to give your money back

I have reviewed this company on a…

I have reviewed this company on a previous occasion after going through hell to get a refund! These 5-star reviews are all done by them. Anyone trying to use this company read the negative ones. Worse, they have contacted me a few times requesting to delete my earlier review - which I will not do just to help the general public. These scams should be stopped

I booked flight ticket and paid money and they said you wlill receive ticket in 24-48hours and later mentioned that your booking is not confirmed or pay extra

i think it is fraud of taking money initially then asking more so taking money initially without confirming airline first

I had a last minute fight cancellation…

I had a last minute fight cancellation request which the travel consultant Kunal help process it. He was calm, and diligent and helped with the process in the most smooth manner. Still no refund.

Still no refund.

I have now waited 6 weeks for a refund that is still not been processed. They are scammers. Avoid at all costs. Currently having to go through a fraud investigation to gain my money back.

Do not approach this company they work…

Do not approach this company they work on scam agenda . After you pay for the ticket you bought, they will call you to say that the price has increased and you have to pay more. After that,
& no E- ticket ....sure you will give up & you will reach the conclusion that you must cancel this ticket.
They will tell you that there is no problem at all and we will refund you your money ...
its will take 4 week from them to refund if you continue call them
& if you do not call them (( that what they want ))
on other word they betting on idea that you will forget the money or you will give up
& by this way they will get your money
they are scammer 100%

AVOID AVOID at all costs

AVOID AVOID at all costs ! I booked tickets and never received the e-tickets they kept promising. When I got ON to their phone line , after several emails I told them I’d like to cancel and would like a full refund because they were scamming me they told me I was a liar ! The only way they would agree to a refund was if I removed the reviews !
Thank goodness I used my Barclaycard as I have a full refund and they’ve been reported as a fraudulent company.

Call the customer care before booking.

I have booked my flight ticket (on 11-Oct-2024) cheaper than other online agent but I never read the reviews before I book my tickets in antic trip site. Then I was waiting for 48 hrs but no ticket has been issued. Then dropped an email to Antictrip Support team. On the next day someone called and said its a website issue it shows low price for you then he asked me for extra £120 per person which comes £680 in total for 4 people now its equal to the amount mentioned in the other booking site. Immediately I told them please cancel my booking since its costing extra money. Then he cancelled my booking in their system and they sent an email with cancel confirmation saying 7-10 days the amount will be back to you. But it was delayed again then dropped a reminder email saying I didn't received my amount back then I said if not in another couple of days I will raise a dispute. On the 3rd day (22-Oct-2024) I got my entire money back to card.

So my advice would be compare different booking site and direct airline site before you book any tickets. For antictrip.co.uk are doing great job if you book within their website or calling their customer care. Don't go for other third party site like price n fly etc to book tickets in antictrip site.

Had an problem with a booking due to price changes, thankfully spoke to Mike who confirmed the cancellation was possible and a refund would be processed. Will try again next year as we attempt a family trip mauritius. Recommended due to great customer service.

Trustable Company

I booked my flights with this company, but I had to cancel the flight due to an airline issue.
The refund took 15-20 days to arrive, but they made sure I received all the confirmation that I would receive it. They reassured me and sent me all the proof I needed that the refund had been issued. They were very kind and patient. Would use them again.
