Strongly suggest just read the negative reviews here first before you go for this company . This is just a online scams , they just sell 'fake' price airline tickets which airline won't sell this low price . They will tell you tickets are sold out after you paid and route you to the expensive airline tickets. Stay away from it !

Excellent service, this is my 3rd travel booking with antic trip. Booking travel can be stressful. Adam Walker makes things so easy and timely. He listens, gives informative options and let's you make decisions on the travel option you chose without rushing you. i really like that because I fell I am in control of my plans. I introduced him to my family and they have found him similarly helpful and very pleasant to work with. Above all else, he is highly efficient and proactive. i booked flight for 4 passenger after payment they call after 2 days & said seat not confirm and asked me to pay £1000 more, i refused, they tried to outsmart me but insist to be refunded, it is been 5 weeks now without refund, called them 12 times and made them send an email about the refund witch keep stating i will be refunded within a week, but still waiting, i made an official complain for FCA, and requested a charge back from my credit card provider, very very stress, please dont book through them//////all genuine reviews are the same, ( antic took the money, no confirmation received, receiving call from them advising the booking no longer available, so either you agree to pay more, or ask for refund that will take months to receive, no answer when you ask them the date of refund//they reply saying that they refunded the money from their end and blaming the client for not receiving the money that usually takes 5_7 working days in the UK////////
UPDATE 1:
they have just requested the reference number otherwise the SCAM company will consider me ungenuine, what a joke, so they have have a look, i am not sure, shall i send that to them, they wont refund me, and they will threaten me to remove the review or no refund, just like what happened with other reviewer.

i am replying to there reply, i wont fall in the same trap the rest of reviewers were in by sending my details, all people have same story, i dont think people happy there jobs and free them selves to wright a review, we are not the company anemies or competetor, we are normal people seeking a refund after falling in your trap, been advised yesterday that the company policy is not to refund till atleast 6 weeks later, i did all legal processes againest your company and feel sorry for you guys that you have to deal with all this angry customers for the owner benefit, also i dont think you are operating from the UK, otherwise you wouldnt deal with the customers like that, SAME STORY FOR ALL BAD REVIEWS, if you think you want that book with ANTIC TRIP

replying to there update now, it is numerous requests, it is only 1 today, when they failed with trustpilot as you can below they are trying to ask READER not to look at our review, also i cant comment on the following statement from them/////We take pride in offering excellent service and experiences to our clients, and they can reach us 24/7/// they are pride in taking your your money and keep it// this what they are pride of, any way i havent decided yet if iam going to send my details to them, i am waiting to hear back from my card provider and FCA, so they cant hold the money and threaten to remove the review or NO REFUND. I decided to free myself instead of wasting my time calling them, i will waste my time to update people. till i get my refund, also please do not listen to them, do not try them, again why would anyone spend time to report them and keep reply to there comment if they didnt really scam me and lot of people with exact same story, WHAT A COINCIDENCE, and will keep fighting till i get my money back ......
I hope i can upload there emails with 3 different dates to receive the money, so you every one can see it is genuine

Trustpilot removed this review till i prove it is genuine, i sent them all required info and after checking and made sure it is genuine they put the review back on the portal, i do appreciate theire hard work to make sure everything is genuin, it is been 6 weeks and still no refund, i beleive my CC provider is about to charge back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY ARE DISHONEST, SCHEMING AND ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY HAVE HELD MY REFUND BACK AND MAKING UP EXCUSES AND DELAYS IN REFUNDING MY MONEY AND IT'S NO SMALL AMOUNT.
THEY SOLD ME FLIGHTS THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND DID NOT PAY THE AIRLINE AND WAITED FOR THE PRICES TO RISE AND THEN GET ME TO PAY THE HIGHER PRICE OR THEN TRIED TO SELL ME ALTERNATIVE TICKETS.
I FOUND THIS OUT AS I CALLED THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE REFERENCE AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE SEATS WERE RELEASED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT TO THEM FROM THE AGENT.
STILL TO DATE (A MONTH ON) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AND I HAVE NOW ESCALATED AS I'VE PLAYED THEIR GAME AND NOW I'LL DEAL WITH THEM PROPERLY MY WAY.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP OF THEIRS!!!
On the reply below: So when the truth is made public it becomes unprofessional? I think the company has a very different definition of unprofessional. Feel free to share the content of the email without sharing my email address, I’m sure the public would want to know what has been said and expose the wrong doings of your company and people that work within it.
You’ve had so many opportunities to do the right thing and just continued to not take me seriously and now you’re in the public domain because of not doing a job properly.
Note to public. I have not used any bad language that is offensive and only sent a strongly worded email(s) requesting my money back.
Update: 27/10/24
I finally received my refund on 22/10/24 after taking action with this post above which got the attention of the company coupled with my bank working in the background to get my money back but before they had to answer to the bank, I received the money back.
The company has asked me to remove my post, I don’t think it needs removing as people need to know the experience they may face if they use this company, so it’s a choice to read this post and proceed if they wish.
Antic Trip needs to quickly learn from this event and not let it happen again to any customer and improve their customer service levels and reputation from here on.

Unfortunately came across poor reviews after purchase. Antic Trip offer the lowest price for flights as found via a comparison site called jetcost. You fill in passenger details and pay then nothing. For a company that operates 24/7 you get nothing other than a booking email with no airline booking reference.
Chasing after 2 days you are told they are looking at it. A further day later you are told one flight has no seats yet they are happy to sell you a more expensive seat. They even offer the same flights at an even lower cost now via jetcost and on hearing this state you must use their site only which is more expensive than other well known travel firms. The same search days later still shows the same flights and various cheap prices which is unusual for seats that are apparently no longer available.
Seems they take your money and try to either charge you more money or simply ignore you. They hope you do not notice and think their booking reference is sufficient to convince you have a valid booking.
Anyone booking flights with a reputable travel company gets a booking reference in seconds that can be entered on the airline website and allow you to manage your booking.
You cannot process a chargeback until 7 days have passed and then that can take 12 weeks. Not helpful if you need that money back to buy new flights that actually exist.
For info same airline provided booking reference same day on a Saturday when booked with a well known travel site earlier this year. Whilst waiting my 7 days to pursue a chargeback today I have booked same flights with a real travel company and got official airline booking confirmation in seconds.
So as they always say if something is too good to be true it usually is. Stay well away from antic trip. They do not care about taking your money and not giving you what you have paid for. All their communication is simply concerned about taking down you real review which they try to combat by posting various false reviews.
To update antic trip have rang and promised a refund within 24 hours and asked me to remove this review. Cheap tickets take several days to get from airlines apparently which is why anyone buying them is still waiting. Perhaps you wait a long time if they don’t exist.
Review is valid and stands. If you want to give someone money for nothing then antic trip are 5 stars for that. If on the other hand you want what you paid for then go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, even that is too much, I would this company should be shut down it is absolutely awful, booked a ticket in January paid for the confirmation didn't send e-ticket then asked for more money absolute dog crap. All employees spew the same nonsense and still haven't received a refund and it been 10 months called again today and was told that they didn't receive the £800, Recommend everyone to complain to the Financial Ombudsman service as this website is an absolute scam.
