This company is a total scam! Purchased flights through them, you get confirmation but then a week later get a phone call to say flights aren't available they try get more money from you for other flights and they are guaranteed either!
Ask for a refund and they hold your money for weeks!
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They just doing business with your money and holding it. Also they threaten you to remove your review or they wont give you your money back.
I have every phone call with the company on recording and police also have these as i am now dealing with the police and bank for this fraudulent

The only thing I would say is that it would be easier to purchase extra legroom from the first operator rather than dealing with 2 teams and making 2 payments. I have booked the ticket with them and got good service.

Please do not use this company. They are absolute scam artists. I paid for my family flight, which was confirmed, but the flight was never confirmed. for 10 days, they kept telling me that within 24/48 hours I will get my e-tickets.
then I had to call the airline company itself to check if there was a booking to be surprised that there was a booking that was not paid, therefore it was cancelled, which I already paid them the week before.
And after 10 days of no tickets, they called to say they weren’t available and asked for more money to pay for different flights with a cheaper airline. Then I had to pay extra to speed up the process and get my e-tickets, which never happened again. Then again, they asked me to pay additional to upgrade my category in order to get my tickets and book my seats; again, nothing happened. When I call, every time they have another excuse, they always tell me you will get your e-tickets in 30 minutes, but nothing happens. I have been chasing them for 2 weeks!!!
What a NIGHTMARE! I am not sure if this is actually a real agent or scammer. I highly advise and recommend staying away save your time and money, No one cares or is bothered; once they get your money, they will leave you alone to suffer
I am sue they will try to fake response as they did in some other review, but I recommend you read the other reviews and you will see that all facing the same issues, Noone will waste his time to put a review for someone he does not know unless we had a major issue with them, and personally I gave them so many chances to make things right. But all failed! worst company and people I have dealt with in my life.

I have been waiting for my refund for 3 months. And it still has not been done. This is far from just disappointing and stressful. I called and emailed hundreds of times. Nobody seems to care. Are they actually human at all? Do they understand anything at all? If you don't want trouble, stay as far as possible from this company.

If you're facing issues with a refund, refer to my previous review for detailed steps. I received my refund on the 12th working day after disputing the transaction with my bank.
Do not expect the company to refund you promptly. They may try to buy time until the reporting period to the bank has passed (which is currently within 120days since your last interaction with the company itself regard to refund process)
You are offered 2 options after booking with this company :
* Option 1: You pay extra for tickets on a different airline (which is unacceptable,I deserve to receive exactly what I paid for when making a purchase). Be cautious, as other reviewers had reported that after paying additional money, just a week before departure time were informed that these tickets were not confirmed after contacting the airline, you may find that the tickets were canceled by the airline due to non-payment and then you are so pressured at that time that you agree to pay further to go ahead with your holiday plan.
* Option 2: After significant back-and-forth, you may be offered a refund verbally or you are sent AI generated email as a confirmation with all that merchant receipts etc (this often only occurs after you leave genuine review about your experience on Trustpilot which would be flagged multiple times to frustrate you further or threaten to report) but unfortunately actual refund won't happen.
Steps to Secure Your Refund Within 15 Days:
No matter what they tell you, please please inform the bank and start your process immediately.Share your entire story and provide all available evidence. Your bank would immediately initiate a dispute process, which would compel the company to return your funds like it happened in my case.
File a report online with Fraud Alert team ,Get a crime reference number for your records, which may help in your case.
Do not forget the department called Financial Ombudsman Services: This free government service can help you deal with your bank if they delay your dispute(which would rarely happen)
***New refund rules requiring banks to reimburse people who have been tricked into scams launched to cover transactions made from 7th October onwards is going to make things more easier for victims as process time has shortened to 5 working days.
Please also report the company to Trustpilot Whistleblower team with all the evidences as they are misusing the platform by using fake positive reviews.
Getting a refund is just one part of the issue; the distress I've experienced and the time and energy I've wasted are significant. I am committed to pursuing this further.

I booked a confirmed flight ticket to travel, without insurance cover. Four days later, I changed my mind to reschedule my return leg of the flight. Scam Company!!! Please beware. I I booked a ticket through their website and the contacted me on whatsappp to hasten the process of booking. They were responding well until after I paid. I was told by the agent that the booking confirmation will be sent to me within 24-48 hours. Later I got an email that my booking has not been confirmed that the have tried to contact me but that was a lie no one called me. They said I should call them back to avoid losing that ticket price which was £435.51. I called them but the wanted me to pay more saying the ticket is on the waiting list for the promotional price and that the airline has not confirmed my ticket. They offered a different date for a huge price difference. I was mad and told them to cancel as I'm no longer interested in the bookings and they should refund me. One Danny guy told me the refund would take about 25 days but I threatened to take it up legally. After so many calls, they kept posting me that I'll get the refund on different days by different agents who picked my call. Then I sent them one last email about how I'll ask my bank fraud team to recover my money from them and also take legal action against them. Immediately they sent me a refund receipt.
Please don't patronise this company, they are truly organised criminals.
