Do not use the company completely wasted 5 days and took £600 for a flights they knew they couldn't offer. The take your money and send you payment confirmation knowing they don't have they flight you think your paying for then they tried to offer other flights you did not ask for. Now I have a driver and hotel booked with no flight and cannot book a flight until they return my money wasting my time and inconvenience which cannot compensated. I am so angry if I don't get my money today I will be reporting this company and they still advertising the flights they couldn't give today false advertisementti's the process and think good customer service is going help.
To answer the reply below response nothing fake about it I have my booking reference l waiting on my refund which is now wasting my 8 days instead of 5 days (antictrip.co.uk).

RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY - Your team CATEGORICALLY DID NOT INFORM ME OF THOSE DETAILS - I have requested a Data Subject Access Request of all my calls made and can prove this to be an absolute lie. I have checked with my Bank and the payment HAS BEEN processed so this is another LIE. Furthermore, I have written confirmation from China Air advising that you did not pay them or contact them today for a refund - the LIES just keep on rolling!!!
UPDATE 19.7.24 - Have checked with China Air - they do not have my booking or my money and confirmed that 2 pieces of luggage is included in my fare not 5KG. I now have a crime reference number from the UK Fraud Team and have contacted JETCOST advising them of my experience and several others on here to remove them from their system. This company is NOT regulated so please be careful
Booked a flight from Australia and called the customer service agent as was lower than other companies. The booking showed baggage included. I called Antic to check if this was a legitimate price and included baggage and they advised to proceed and book. I paid using my credit card and received an email advising my request had been received but not confirmed. Today, NO SURPRISE, they have called requesting more money. I have gone on to the website and the flights are still there but with lower prices than yesterday and I have screenshotted my conversation advising that these flights include 7kg of hand luggage and 10kg of checked with a member of their team (apparently this is not guaranteed so what is the point in having a customer service agent chat with useless inaccurate information). I therefore disputed this with Antic and advised that their website states baggage included and no where does it state what baggage allowances are on their website and it does not give the option to pay for any increase or checked bags. They wanted extra money for the bags but then decided they could give me 2 pieces of luggage but I would have to pay taxes of £280. I AM FUMING and said not a chance and I would like a cancellation - no can do as the money is with the airline, CHINA Air. Funny that, cause when I eventually agreed to pay £100 just to get the stress element over and move on this was for a totally different flight with CHINA EASTERN which I refused. If I wanted to fly with China Eastern I would have booked elsewhere at a cheaper price but I DO NOT wish to fly with them. Antic questioned this and said it was the same Company and I advised they need to do their research as these are not connected!! Clearly my money IS NOT with China Airlines as previously advised if they can move me to another airline for their own financial gain. They said that China Airlines basic flyer does not include checked luggage yet I reiterated what is included on a basic economy China Air flight fare on China Air website which is 2 free pieces of luggage. This is a total SCAM, FRAUDULENT, MISLEADING company. I have left if that I will not pay anymore money and will stick to the original price with 5kg of hand luggage and no checked baggage and I will be calling China Air tomorrow and can guarantee that they will not have my details. I can also guarantee that I receive another call from Antic advising that these flights are no longer available. I have contacted my credit card company to make a claim, will seek legal advise tomorrow and will be contacting trading standards as this is unacceptable in a world where we are constantly concerned about scammers. If this Company wish to continue they need to be honest with their prices and baggage allowances. They cannot take your money then hike up the costs - it is UNACCEPTABLE AND IMMORAL. They have my money, have not allocated it to any airline and are unwilling to refund - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER TO ANY ORGANISATION IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY AND REPORT SUCH ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR

VERY IMPORTANT- Stay away from this Scammers.
Its a biggest scam on earth. Never book through this website. You wil lose money 100%. They wont pick up the call if you have any question after made booking..haha .. They will say you will get the ticket within 24-48hrs but you wont (thats the reality) and ended up saying promotional price changed you would have to pay extra 200- 500 dollars . STAY AWAY and Thank me later. (Am pretty sure I will get a apology reply from their OSCAR Winner staff by saying they cant locate my name or booking ID..haha).. I do really hope some will stay awqay from this scammers.
Update:- 16/07/2024 -- After recieved the reply from Antictrip team I emailed them. I didnt get any replies. I called them stayes on the line nearly 2hrs... No one answered my phone. Its the biggest Scam on Earth and these guys are the biggest scammers. Stay away...
