We had an issue with our scooter and needed to return it for it to be looked into.Unfortunately,it got lost during transit but we just got a replacement scooter.

Crap battery
Bought a battery drained it then put it on charge for 6-8 hrs went out on it I wasn't even out for an hour and it was on 1 bar not impressed......

Hi, I think it's unfair to leave us a 3 star review because of the delivery company we use..? We send all our scooters via a next working day DHL service, we also offer a Saturday delivery with DHL for an extra charge. Most spare parts and accessories are sent with Royal Mail via a 48hr service. If the courier did something you didn't like its totally out of our hands and you should be leaving a review for them..? Please can you email us at 'info@apachie.co.uk' so we can find out more about what the courier did.
