Great service and quick delivery

Arrived quickly.Job done.

Since contacting the Company via email , I’ve received great communication and hopefully will have the correct part for my scooter .

Brought a scooter for my son at Xmas the new pro and unfortunately the tyre got a puncture needing a new tyre the service I have received from the company while they have had to wait for stock has been nothing but five star always responding to emails quickly and has given me a great experience with the customer service would I recommend yes would I buy again yes thanks guys and hope people keep buying well done

I was genuinely so worried as there was only one review but after a call to the seller I was reassured.
I've had a few scooters, Carerra, Pure Electric and more but I have to say I'm unbelievable overwhelmed!
The scooter is much much chunkier and robust than even my Carerra was and it has a quality feel from the first moment you open the box.
The selling point for me was the built in indicators because this is going to be a must have when the scooters become fully legalised.
If you're looking to purchase a scooter then in my opinion there really is no comparison.
I hope the battery lasts well over time I'm sure we will find out.
If you're buying a scooter make sure it's this Apachie Pro. I wish I'd bought it first

The after sales service is brilliant.

The company use Royal Mail so delivery is not speedy but on the other hand there is no delivery charge.
I do have one quibble. The tube had a short valve and protruded very little through the front wheel. I had to use a valve extension and remove it after inflation. It was a fiddle to change the front tyre but no reflection on Apache in particular as all escooters are the same.

I bought my first scooter two months ago and the battery capacity was not enough for me and the screws on the kickstand were not installed properly when I first received it so it fell off. But since my case was other than human damage, insurance covered it, so they quickly sent me a new one. They have a better Pro version, but I’m still considering whether to replace it because the weight has almost doubled. Overall, the experience was great and they had fantastic customer service and took care of the problem very quickly!
