Our mortgage advisor Tony went above and beyond to help us get the best mortgage. As first time buyers he also made sure we always understood the process, guide us to the best option and made the start of our journey to completion as stress free as possible. Very reliable, trustworthy and clearly well informed, we would definitely recommend Tony as a mortgage advisor, especially to those new to the property market.

Diane has been amazing at helping us with our remortgage and looking into income protection for us. THE BEST INSURANCE HELPING PERSON EVER (sorry I cant remember the exact job title!).
I was dreading a long, boring call to sort out my income protection, as I wasn't fully versed in what it was, how it works etc. - but speaking to Nicola made the whole process so easy!!
She is such a wonderful, caring person who went above and beyond helping me sort the best cover at an even better price!
I was genuinely amazed at how considerate and talkative she was, and never once made me feel stupid or silly (even when I asked some rather stupid or silly questions!).

Lynn was recommended to us by my Mrs friend.From the very 1st stage till the date of exchange Lynn was the most cooperative person in this whole long transaction that went onto a span of some 6 months. Since we are the first time buyers and all this process was quite new to us but throughout the process Lynn has always helped us with all kinds of information. He found us some highly competitive mortgage deals that suit our financial situations, and went on to get us some really good insurance products too.

One thing that made us give him 10/10 is his query response time. Anytime we have raised any query to Lynn he has got back to us within the same hour.
