We honestly can’t recommend Diane enough! We contacted her regarding our remortgage and she worked tirelessly to ensure that we got the best deal, changing our lender at least twice within a 4 month period and saving us £60 a month! Diane also looked at our insurance policies and made sure that our family was appropriately covered and within our budget. Diane was really easy to talk to, kind and understand and she even worked unsociable hours so that she could speak to us at a time that we could do. Very happy with my recent interaction with Apex. I recently had contact with Leee from Apex who listened to the cover I felt I needed for my circumstances and help advise and consider other aspects I may have not considered. The approach taken was very personalised to my situation and budget I had. I have come away very happy with the cover and protection I have in place, all within my budget. It was a very hassle free experience where everything was explained thoroughly and didn’t matter how many questions I asked. Would recommend for any protection advice.

I was faced with the problem that most people are with the heavy uplift in mortgage rates meaning I was potentially going to have to look at selling my property and buying something much smaller

Kirstie was throughout and has literally been tracking the mortgage rates every few days and keeping me informed, from my initial uplift in monthly payment it has now reduced by over £300 a month which is a game changer
