Advisor Anna Harrison was great from initial contact to the completion of my mortgage. As a first time buyer I was clueless but Anna explained everything clearly and took time to listen to my 101 questions. A great service and I have already told my friends to make contact!

Diane Bernard was an absolute treat to have as my mortgage advisor. She really went above and beyond for me, she was so friendly and accommodating, taking time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions, I’ll definitely be coming back to her for all my mortgage needs in the future.

Kyle Nicholson was brilliant from start to finish. Found me a great rate in today's tricky climate for my buy-to-let mortgage. Efficient service and always quick to respond to queries.

Diane Bernard is absolutely fantastic. She recently acted as the mortgage broker for a buyer of mine and played a huge role in getting the purchase through to exchange. As an estate agent, I have worked with many brokers but few as communicative, efficient and on the ball as Diane. It’s easy to see how much she cares about getting her clients the best mortgage and she goes above and beyond to do so. On top of all this, she was approachable and just lovely to deal with! I can't recommend her enough.

Katie was so much more than just a mortgage advisor - she went above and beyond to make the process and simple, manageable and clear as possible. We had real trouble getting an offer and she would not rest until she was able to sort one for us that she knew was good. She was always fighting our corner, trying to do the best by us, and guiding us through the process the entire way. Having never had a mortgage before there was a worry I might not get the best deal or be able to traverse the market effectively. All unnecessary worries thanks to James. Sonia is the first mortgage broker we have used so we weren’t sure what to expect. Sonia took time to send us information about her services and in addition talked us through the full process.
Sonia was attentive, knowledgable and answered all our questions and concerns whilst gathering the relevant information she needed.

I recently remortgaged as my fixed rate ended on 31/1/23. I contacted Rob Hannis at Apex to help find a new mortgage rate and product - I had used Rob in the past too. Excellent service from start to finish. Rob is extremely reactive to calls and emails and always gets straight back to you. He is patient explaining all the options and together we decided who to go with. The remortgage process was seamless and fast. Everything switched over the day my rate ended. Rob helped with the legal side too, recommending the best value conveyancers. The conveyancers had a digital online portal which was really efficient and easy to use with instant access to all documents and mortgage status. Highly recommend, thank you!

Sonia has now helped us with mortgage applications on several occasions, and supported many clients with the same. The service provided is always exceptional, with detailed explanation and she never fails to respond to queries quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sonia and Apex.

I couldn't recommend Kyle Nicholson more, our circumstances were quite specific but he still found us a good deal. He was extremely quick at responding to any queries ,was reassuring, knowledgeable , professional and friendly. Kyle was still as involved and helpful at the end if the process as he was on day one.

Rob was a brilliant advisor, outlined our options well and made everything easier to understand, with prompt responses whenever I had annoying questions.
It never felt like it was a chore to him, and that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Would highly recommend.

James has been my mortgage advisor and he has been the best.
He is so happy to help and is so considerate. He keeps you updated with everything that’s going on. Makes you feel heard and no matter how many times you ask the same question he will always respond and tries to make sure you understand everything.
He replies straight away and is always super helpful!
