Diana was an incredible broker. From day 1 it felt like she was interested in us not just the product. We had recently returned from overseas and we were under the impression we would need to wait. I contacted her through instagram and she was reassuring that we could get a mortgage sooner.
With all the paperwork in place she kept us informed almost daily via whats app. Which felt like a personal touch.
She quickly learnt that I was a worrier and shielded us from unnessecary stress, for this we will be ever grateful.
When the market went crazy we had 24 hours to finish our application. It was clear she was working through the night to ensure we and I can assume many others secured the very best deal.
