I have just had to remortgage my property.
I felt completely lost and deflated having spoken to my bank about turning my mortgage into a let to buy mortgage. I thought my only option was to sell this property.
Then I took up the recommendation of Kelly at apexmp.
Wow just wow.
The whole concept of remortgaging filled me with dread. But from the very first meeting,
Kelly was so calm, reassuring, confident and unbelievably knowledgeable.
I had been told by so many banks no, or to jump through so many hoops and I had no idea where to begin or what I was doing.
But Kelly found what I needed, worked tirelessly to get it and delivered.
The service was faultless, professional and simple.
Kelly made it simple and stress free.
I could continue with our busy life and feel relaxed knowing, it was being taken care of and knew everything would be ok as, Kelly always reassured me and supported me through the process.
I am now looking into life insurance with Kelly and will be coming to Kelly for all of our mortgage needs when, my partner and I buy our next property together.

Kyle was amazing throughout the whole process, I was a first time buyer so had very little knowledge about buying a house and he went above and above in making me feel confident and relaxed about the our process. He was always there to talk through anything and even sent lengthy voice notes giving us an update or providing knowledge. He even chased up things for us and helped us where possible.
