I started using App Institute a year ago when I decided to build my first app. The team are so supportive, patient and reliable. The quality of the app exceeds my expectations too and we are getting so many compliments from our users. I couldn't commend these guys more! If you're a novice then I would highly recommend checking App Institute out!

The Appinstitute has been wonderful working with as we developed our app. The people we have messaged have all been very supportive and anxious to get any help done quickly. One of the best support options available is that users can get a phone call from support in a very timely manner. The platform is easy to work with when developing your app as well. No extensive code or tech knowledge is needed.

I have never in life created an APP! but the App Institute made it so easy, these Guys are the best, No pressure in purchasing anything! Trust me you will be eager to pay if they did cause the customer service is amazing! I created my app on my own, they held my hand the whole way and encouraged me! They do not charge for every little thing as other app builders and they help you in anyway they can. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A+ I am going to literally sell apps now due to how easy they made this whole process for me. I could go on and on but my app went live last night! I am having to much fun now that I can see it on my phone and currently reading the free marketing tools and advice they give to help market your app!

I used their services back in 2014/15. Total waste of money and they want £££ for a very simple, not so user friendly app. And any changes you want doing, they want more and more. Please dont waste your money and time.

This being my first time building an app for a client I would have to say I am pleased to have selected AppInstitute. Their support has not only been very quick to respond but super helpful as well. The online chat support while using the platform is a bonus as someone is always quick to reply. I could also send an email and they will reply within 24 hours, if no one is available to chat.
The interface is quick and easy to learn it took me a bit of time to discover all the features and how to input my information but again first time using it so I knew there would be learning curves. The support was very helpful to answer my questions rather than just sending me help articles or videos to refer to. It is nice to be able to deal with someone directly for answers.
One thing I have found when trying to develop apps for my clients is the question of payment gateways. A lot of businesses have their own payment systems setup so not being able to utilize their existing system seems to be a negative for them as they don't want to have to pay for another gateway fee. I found this for all the app development companies like this that I had looked into before selecting this one.
Overall it has been a great experience and looking forward to building more apps for future clients.

The team at App institute has been absolutely wonderful! With Covid-19 changing the face of hospitality, our beach club made a last minute decision to develop an app. Thanks to App Institute's extensive knowledge and super fast response time (even with a 5 hour time difference) we were able to pull it off very quickly. Not to mention, their program is extremely user friendly.

Matt McMeeking is an excellent trainer, very interactive and always responsive.
I hope to continue working with Matt and the App Institute family for years to come.

I've had a wonderful experience putting my app together, these gems at Appinstitute have a fantastic product, it made what I thought was going to be a daunting process very easy. Their no fuss attitude to my questions made me feel very confident with the whole process. It's only taken 72 hours from idea to app submission. I'd defiantly recommended their products and service to any business! I'm looking forward to my next App project.

It's been a short but long 3 days since I have started working with them and love their team. No question is left unanswered and they are very patient with novices like me.

First time creating an app. The software made it extremely easy to tailor an app for my company. Excellent customer service. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. The drop down boxes and step by step directions make it easy for a novice to create an app that is functional and original. Can't say enough! Love the ability to send global messages!
