Superb company, our first time entering the app market, but they have thought of everything. Every step was guided, communication was superb. Every step of the way we were helped with the process, from designing the app to getting it launched. We were very apprehensive entering this area of marketing, but Appinstitute helped us with every inch of it, can't praise them enough!

Covid 19 pandemic affected my business big time, and I was looking for online solution. I approached App institute and they offer to help me publishing my app in one business day. My app is almost done. Customer service were soooo helpful and on the clock. I would say, App institute's support is unique and I would 100% recommend App institute for every one. I was sceptical about using an app building platform but after speaking with a software company and not being able to afford the price they quoted they pointed me towards AppInstitute. I was and continue to be blown away with the service delivered, the live chat or telephone support is really helpful and I have an app published on apple and google and it took just over 2 weeks from start to finish. The software Is so easy to use and make changes I can't recommend them enough.

Hi there, the section either 'contact us' or 'Register' where customers fill in a form to contact us with a query or a questions is not working. Great Company and a warm team to answer any queries you may have ! Definitely a must for any up and coming businesses.

All was fine until they moved us to a different plan without our permission, increased our subscription by 250%, failed to notify us of the increase, refused to give a refund then ignored all communication from us.

A great app that you can customise to suit your business. Lots of extras such as Bookings, Sales through the app, Bookings through the app plus, if you want, your own messaging system.

Nice people. Highly recommended.

The app is consistently out of date with google play and Apple store. I’ve had multiple customer complaints about the app not working.

As the owner of a private radio station I wanted an app for my listeners, I created quickly and easily. But when it came down to the end, my donations were not enough to cover but David from Appinstitute found a solution and even fixed my url for me.I highly recommend to any small business or hobbiest.

Having attempted to build an app with several tools without satisfactory results, I am very impressed with AppInstitute! Their app builder operates in such a very intuitive way with just about everything so customizable that I was able to get my pizza delivery app up and running in 12 hours. The on-line help tools look thorough but I didn't need them. Their customer support through chats was very responsive and helpful.

Getting our new app into the app store has been an unwelcomed challenge, but after David kind took over the troubleshooting aspect of the situation it was incredibly simple. I appreicate his patience with me working from across the world from us. He was able to walk me through a lot of steps instead of just leaving me on my own after many questions that i had.
i would 100% recommend working with David, and i have good faith that our app will be super dope as soon as we can see it in the stores!

My experience so far has been extremely positive. Having very little experience with this level of technology was a little intimidating at first. However, the speed of responses to questions as well as the easy to use Platform has made this project really fun and POSITIVE!

This company must be good seeing as they feel the need to constantly spam us advertising their services, however choosing to change the email address they send from each time to get round spam filters after we blocked them.

Pretty sure half of the reviews here are fake.....
