Not at all happy.
I was offered a choice of delivery dates. I took the chosen day off and scheduled an electrician to fit my new cooker the following day. The delivery did not turn up. After waiting in the house all day, and having given up hope I checked tracking to find that the delivery date had been changed without notification.

Knowledgeable with great service
Appliance Centre have been absolutely brilliant, and especially Andrew who has been our primary point of contact. Our so called 'kitchen designer' and bespoke kitchen manufacturer, who has now gone into receivership! spec'd the incorrect Neff appliances which we duly ordered but were incorrect. Appliance Centre where extremely knowledgably and discussed the most suitable options. They went above and beyond to help us get the correct appliances. I rarely write a review unless the service and experience is exceptional and this was. Great job Appliance Centre, and good to see there are still companies who take bride in being professional and focus on the customer. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
