Postage date not as promised
Placed an order for one item on Monday 29/06 - paid £7.99 for Evri Next Day Delivery (after 1pm) but was still expecting it by the Wednesday at the latest.
It instead ended up arriving exactly a week after on the 06/07 which was a huge inconvenience as I was going to a wedding the weekend prior.
Massively disappointed as £7.99 for postage is rather expensive to have it not arrive by the time promised. Only keeping the item to save further possible inconvenience with the website, although would ideally like to get a refund on at least the postage

Great service
I ordered a pair of culotte trousers online having seen them in a shop that didn’t have my size. Ordering was simple. There was a welcome offer of £5 off. Therefore even with postage they were £1 less than I’d seen them for. Delivery was very fast. I’m very happy with my purchase.
