It's been 2 weeks and still no delivery, emails ignored
Made an order for over £200 nearly 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Contacted the store 5 days ago highlighting that it had been over a week since the tracking had updated and evri confirmed missing. I've still not had my order, a refund or anyone even contact me back. I've sent two emails. They say they get back within 2 working days. It's been 5 working days since my first email. Very disappointing.

Great experience
This was my first direct order with Apricot. I had seen one of the items for sale elsewhere but they didn’t have my size. Apricot full-filled my needs. I found the item easily, placed the order (found more items to order too) and had the delivery within just a few days.
The clothes are good quality and sizes are as described. I kept everything I ordered.
Great service and better than my expectations.

Still waiting for delivery had confirmation it was at dispatch depot on the 31st of aug it is now the 9th of September and still not been delivered. I really feel you should get a different delivery company as this is ridiculous. No problem with you dispatching it from your warehouse as you did so the next day but delivery is very Poor

I still haven't received my parcel as…
I still haven't received my parcel as Royal Mail won't deliver as I was not there on Friday 4th and I redirected to one of my neighbours for Monday 7th and they still tried mine. I am going away at the weekend and need this order and it's not likely to come with me now
